It was a pleasure working with Jon Wisell (sales) and Mike Nelson (sales manager) to purchase a used commuter car. The market for used cars has been scarce but Jon and Mike helped me find a Honda Insight that fit the bill. They both had good communication, followed through on promises, and sold me a well sorted vehicle. Overall, it was a pain free car buying process. I would recommend Jon, Mike, or Metropolitan Ford …..And a ride in a Shelby didn’t hurt either. :)

5 stars for Mike and the service department. I called ahead, he had the part already ordered and ready to install. Dropped car off on a Tuesday afternoon for a Wednesday appointment. They called a couple of hours later on Tuesday and my car was already complete. AMAZING! The phone calls, communication . . . all of it. Thank you.

To get to the point: Metropolitan Ford has my 100% endorsement, and I offer it with enthusiasm. Their dealership is 963 miles from my home, and I am extremely glad I chose to work with them.

I gave Patrick O’Bryant a $1,000 deposit last spring, so that he could order my 2024 Maverick as soon as the order banks opened. I was out of the country at the time but he took care of everything, and the new truck arrived in the first week of January. I live in Tennessee, but the Ford dealer here had failed to place my order the year before, so I gave my trust to Metropolitan Ford upon the recommendation of a friend.

I drove the truck home and today I received my Tennessee license plate by special delivery, also the Tennessee registration, and a refund from Metropolitan Ford for $450! This dealership charged me the MSRP and there was no monkey business. They also offered, and I accepted, an extended warranty at a significant discount.

Let’s face it, car dealers have a reputation for adding costs at the last minute. I went in with my defenses up. What I experienced was honest, friendly, forthright service. And always with a smile that was genuine, not hucksterism. I only wish I could continue to buy new vehicles, because now I know where to go.

Incredibly friendly and attentive staff here, they went above & beyond to make my car buying experience enjoyable and exciting! Jon Wiswell was very approachable and responsive throughout the whole process. He put in extra time to familiarize himself with my used Subaru forester to educate me on its features before handing over the keys. Overall, a professional and cordial team.

Exceptional vehicle ordering/delivering/buying service from Dan Beckman at Metropolitan Ford. The process to register and ultimately order a new Bronco was difficult and lengthy, but Dan kept us updated all the way through the process. He actively checked our vehicle's status and let us know when it was scheduled, built, and shipped. It was an exciting time and he kept us current.

My salesman (Mike D) had an amazing command of all things within the vehicle, and was extremely gracious even when I test out the bass on the stereo by playing Eazy E. Can’t say enough good things about how he treated my wife and answered all of her questions to make sure she was comfortable during the whole experience.
