I ordered a very specific 3080 waterblock from ModMyMods (along with the majority of the fittings needed for my loop) for a build with very stringent space contraints. When mounting the GPU block, I realised there was had been a compatibility mixup on the original listing and therefore immediately contacted customer service to seek advice. The very next day, I received a reply from Austin detailing their in-house testing to confirm the validity of the issue, along with offers for either a full refund, block exchange, or service to perform in-house modifications on either the block or the (one) conflicting capacitor position on my 3080. Given my specific requirements, I opted to send my gpu and block for the capacitor mod. Just over a week later, I received the gpu + cap mod with the block mounted; the work done was meticulous. It is worth noting they kept in constant communication, through every stage, to patiently answer my questions and send pictures/videos of the card + benchmarks as proof of work.

(As a side note, I believe I ran into a rare listing mixup stemming from the low-volume "enterprise" nature of the specific 3080 block. In fairness, it was quite difficult to find detailed information regarding this block elsewhere on the internet.)

Everything I experienced here exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail they exhibited at every stage is everything you'd want in someone with whom you trust expensive systems. I initially decided to shop here because they had the best prices; however, I will come back again because I know they take care of their customers. I never write reviews but these guys more than deserve it. Proud to rock the ModMyMods sticker on the build.

Whoa! My experience was a little weird with ModMyMods at first. I don't locally live in their area but I ordered online. I requested a top Evolv X custom cut panel for better airflow to my radiator. After placing my order some time went by and I thought my order was either forgotten or a straight out bust lol but no after calling the shop and gentleman over then phone assured me they had not forgotten order. In fact they had just received my panel and were ready to start working on the laser cuts. So yeah this is actually typical wait time as they have to order the new panel first, then after receiving it they will work their magic on it. FYI it's gonna take a few weeks but it is definitely worth. It looks sexy, I am coming back for the front panel. Thank you guys, you guys did an absolute amazing job. Cheers all the way from TX!

Super cool people. If you go there in person it’s off a loading dock down a hallway on the right. Had them make a custom NVIDIA 12 pin cable and bought some liquid cooling components for my Ghost S1. The customer service from the team was amazing. They are just as passionate in hardware and cool/unique builds as you. They spent the time to help me figure out my very strange SSF build. Plus I’d rather support my (somewhat) local business than a company like Newegg.

This is my go-to shop for the majority of my water cooling components, it's insanely convenient to be able to run down to the shop for a fitting. Having a local water cooling shop that carries solid components is nice enough, but the guys here are also top-notch. Their builds are impressive, and they're more than happy to help/advise if a customer gets stuck.

Though I haven't personally purchased customs services from them, I've seen the Evolv X custom CNC panels and multiple paint jobs first hand, and the work is perfect. If I ever found myself needing custom work, MMM would be my first stop.

I emailed ModMyMods about my liquid cooling loop leaking. The system was made by another company (Read BBB reviews before you spend money.... I didn't). I received a VERY quick response from Josh and was promptly taking my leaky rig in to be repaired. After taking a look at my rig I got an, again, VERY quick email letting me know what was up. I received an email promptly after testing of the repairs along with a detailed invoice with fair pricing. They ran me through exactly how my rig ended up a sad weeping mess and left me with some extra cooling fluid too!
From first email to pick-up was about a week. There are amazing guys running the show here. AAA+ Communication, Service, and Care.

Josh went above and beyond to get back to me on a custom cable. Even taking the time to find a solution for me outside of what ModMyMods provides, which really speaks volumes on his customer service!

Lucky to have these guys local. Had them redo my loop after I blew a fitting and fried my motherboard. Now that I'm upgrading my GPU I'm just bringing it to them to bend the new runs and install the new GPU blocks.

Josh dropped everything to help me out with a project totally outside of their usual orbit: replacing the fan in the "halogenerator" for my business, Bodymind Float Center. He helped me find the right product and wired up a connector so that I can easily plug in any off the shelf fan and not have to deal with the "made in Latvia" connector. All the guys there were super friendly and helpful. (I liked their little dog, Vinyl, too!) Josh spent a lot of time with me - for a $10 sale. I rushed back to the shop and got the new fan bolted in place literally just as the doorbell rang for the Salt Room appointment. Worked like a charm. Thanks, ModMyMods! You're the best!

This shop has amazing customer and "non customer" service. I was having an issue with my custom PC so I called into their tech support line to simply ask a question. Josh, who took care of me, went above and beyond to help me even though I wasn't a customer of theirs before calling. He took the time to have me send him photos and more detailed questions via email and actually made an effort to assist me with the issue I was having. I will definitely be going to/ordering parts from this store for all my future PC builds. Give these guys a shot and you wont be disappointed, 11/10 customer service and a nice selection of parts to boot!

Customer service has been top notch with these guys, I could only imagine how busy they have been with black Friday and Christmas around the corner but were able to answer all my questions throughout the whole process of ordering. Although they had run out of a fitting I had ordered, they happily compensated me by replacing the item with a higher quality product that was in stock. These guys go above and beyond for their customers and it shows!

Ordered online; Thermal Grizzly product had a "challenge" key that could be entered on the manufacturer's website to validate that product is not a knock off. Test passed. Buying from a specific major online relatiler is a gamble these days - support local companies like this!
