Big Sandy Superstore - Mount Pleasant

Carlos was absolutely excellent. We went in looking for a new mattress and he walked us through testing out multiple options. We went to lunch and came back to check out some other furniture. The whole time Carlos and the store manager Jeff kept checking in to answer any questions. Without a doubt, we will be back to this store in the future and specifically to work with Carlos.

Carlos was a pleasure to do business with. He worked hard to understand what we were looking for and our needs and made several useful recommendations for our consideration. We ended up purchasing one of them. Hats off to Carlos!

Sean was amazing from the first moment we walked in the doors. He was very helpful in helping us find the perfect bed. I would have to say if you are looking for any type of home furniture Big Sandy is the store to shop at. I promise you will not regret the decision.

The sales associate with whom we interacted, Mikayla, was exceptionally personable and very helpful (as were two other associates who retrieved a recliner from a high storage rack so we could try it out).

I had such a great experience at Big Sandy in Mt Pleasant. They were honest, kind and very helpful. Not only that they gave me the best deal possible for quality furniture, better than elsewhere. They explained things so well and even had floor samples, showing construction of what furniture looks like from the inside. They are very polite and friendly, greeting you with a smile as they open the door for you when you enter or exit. Thanks Jeff! Love my furniture and will buy again from this store

Shelby was amazing! She has a keen eye for matching colors, patterns, and styles. She listened to my likes & dislikes and was able to show me options in my price range and style. Shelby kept me updated on sales and specials the store was running. I would definitely ask for Shelby again.

This is my second time purchasing furniture here. I purchased a living room set today from Big Sandy. Sean was my salesman. He was so patient with my indecisiveness. He was so helpful and kind. Just an all around great person to work with. I was very impressed. All the employees there were just wonderful people to work with, Veronica at the desk, sweet girl, the guys that help me load my items, very personable and I believe the manager, Jeff, just a super nice guy, took time just to chat with me. No pressure, pleasant and knowledgeable. We are so happy our daughter referred us to Big Sandy’s and are excited to see our new furniture in place!

After visiting nearly every furniture showroom within 50 miles, looking for 2 recliners and a specialized sectional, we visited here.
Jeff Card was amazingly helpful. And patient.
The showroom had many more examples of the lines of furniture we were interested in than any other we visited. There were decisions to be made on styles, options, fabrics, colors. We spent hours.
In the end we are confident we will get the products we wanted for the right price.

Fantastic customer service from Mr. Dunn, I did not have a lot of time, and he showed me everything that I needed to see and had me registered with my items and out the door very efficiently as well. I got the exact furniture I came looking for…. Happy, happy!

Went to get a new sectional. Staff was lovely, Emmy Lou helped me around a lot, she was wonderful. Extremely friendly and helpful, answered all my questions. I found a great price on a sectional. Very satisfied with my visit!
