Grand Traverse Pie Company

I had not been to Grand Traverse Pie Company in years. It was a very pleasant experience. The food is delicious. Yes they have more than pie! Their turkey Ruben is so good and my friend got an amazing looking salad that was filled with goodness. A pleasant relaxing atmosphere as well.

Wonderful selection of favorite flavors, plus fun seasonal options. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Not just a lovely dessert and coffee restaurant (although it definitely is one!) but also nice for a quick meal with plenty of savory options - salads, quiche, pot pie, pasties, sandwiches, etc. Their small gluten-free apple and cherry pies are delicious, but it's best to call at least a day ahead to order them.

My wife is a bigger fan of this place than I am, but the pies can't be beat! The sandwiches are okay, very much "fancy" when I'm a fan of plain but tasty. The soups are fantastic. The service is good, always with a smile.

Best pie in town. Good prices too. The cherry crumb is a classic and so is the peach crumb. I bring one to parties and it is very well received. Don’t forget the ice cream. Good parking and friendly staff.

I placed a last minute hold on a pie for a birthday and was surprised at the options available. I expected my lack of efficiency to limit my options, but was able to get the pie I wanted! Buying and pick up was super easy and the pie was delicious. We will absolutely be going back!

I love coming to GTP! Their pies are always fresh and in season with the fruits. I love that you get a free mini pie for your birthday. I’ve personally never eaten the food, I go strictly for the PIE!! ❤. If you want delicious Pie, and a good time with your friends this is a great place.

We enjoyed two wonderful pieces of free pie on pi day and a great cup of Coffee on pi day!! I'm glad they're only on the other side of town, about 8 Miles away, if they were any closer I fear I'd have to camp out on their front doorway. Do not go to this place if you like pie, for if you do you may not leave.

Very enjoyable dining experience. The quiche is wonderful. The coffee is full embodied and rich in flavor. The attendants were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for breakfast.

My wife and I have been customers for a long time at the 28th Street location. We are there every Tuesday [our date day] to enjoy the tasty breakfast sandwich and the wonderful coffees. We love the entire staff especially Mark and Brett.

I love their selection, rewards program (who can beat a free 6" pie for your bday?), and high caliber of their food. We enjoy the cozy environment, fireplace, Traverse area photographs. They are consistently staffed by trainees which can delay the ordering time.

Good place very similar to Panera Bread or Corner Bakery. people are very friendly and the food was fast. one of those places with the four different types of coffee you can just keep refilling. Really good for a place to settle in and study.

Great eats and amazing pies! I am so glad they came to GR!! I love their incredible selection :) Pies are picture perfect and adored for our special occasions.

Food here is fantastic and so are the people. Had the Michigan cherry chicken salad...so i could have a piece of the cherry crumb pie. DO NOT TRY THE PIE...IT HAS ADDICTIVE PROPERTIES. Seriously, incredibly YUMMY pie. Go!

LITERALLY!!!!!!!!! I cannot explain my experience. This is hands down THE best place I’ve ever been too. I got the mantou sandwich ,broccoli cheese soup, a chocolate chip cookie, a banana nut muffin, AND even the kettle corn chips were amazing!!!!! The sandwich was....wow I didn’t even want to finish it because I wanted to have it forvever. I work next door this could be a problem. AMAZING. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.

No being disappointed here in this shop. Pie is the best form of happiness from sea to shinning sea. Cherry pie is especially great this time of year, so come on down and get some love. Cherry, blueberry, and apple are just a few ideas.

Best pie in USA!!!!! I love this place for pies (ABC Crumb smacks!) even if you're going for lunch you will be satisfied

These people know their way around pie. I've had about every pie they offer and every one is a home run. Then again, if they sell quince or mincemeat pies you're on your own ... I don't go there.

Good variety of delicious sandwiches, salads and soups. But, their pies are so very, very delicious. Save room for a slice!

They have the best pies ever. The crumb top pies are my favorite. They also have a pretty good food for a quick bite of lunch, soup, salad, sandwiches, Quiche.
