Melanie, John, and Phil have been extremely helpful today. They made it possible for my family and I to have reliable transportation at a decent price. I'm so thankful for these guys! I would recommend them if you have some credit issues. They really mean it when they say your job is your credit. It's a common sense auto dealer!

I lost my car to a damn GROUND HOG!!! i owned my car outright! Melanie and John were absolutely awesome in working with us and getting us in the vehicle WE WANTED.This was a totally unexpected loss and they were not trying to hound us for more money and were Not just trying to hustle us into getting whatever vehicle . Melanie is seriously down to earth, cool as hell and knows exactly what she’s doing. That woman was like “don’t even worry about it yall are driving out of here today” and we did just that! Got an Acadia Denali and it even had the headphones still. Definitely shop here FIRST! Don’t go to everyone else first and think your “STUCK WITH Jd Byrider”. They’re who you should’ve went to to begin with and saved yourself some time and headaches!

Melanie and John were amazing here. Melanie from Mom to Mom was understanding and supportive on helping us get into a vehicle that was needed for our family. Very greatful for Phil and the byrider staff for helping me work through the total loss of my vehicle and getting me into something that's newer and also less Miles. These last few weeks have been crazy to say the least but I'm glad I have an amazing team of people there for me to see me to the finish line. Always have had a great experience since the very first day of getting my vehicle. From the finance team to the auto service team, never felt cheated or that they were dishonest. Very up front with the fact that these are *USED* cars, they will have issues but any issues I have had, they have fixed and communicated with me during the process. A plus side also, everything has been covered under my warranty. Genuinely the easiest and nicest place I’ve financed a vehicle from.

I can to Byrider with a hope and wish after finally accepting that it would take time to recover from a period of unstable employment and underemployment after a layoff. My credit had suffered greatly, my income had been reduced to 30% of my previous role, and in the mix of it all, my previous vehicle was repossessed. I initially did not have any intention of trying to get a new vehicle until I was able to work on my credit, but personal circumstances turned a long term goal into an immediate urgency. I was scattered about my appointment times and a mess to talk to dealing with a very fresh loss. John was compassionate about my state, explained the process and business model thoroughly, and didn't make it awkward when I cried. Phil listened to my needs and didn't pressure me when the first car I drove (and loved) ended up not being a great fit for my situation. I was so emotionally exhausted from days of searching, being pressured to fill out credit applications just be told a company couldnt work with me for reasons I had disclosed up front, and coping with the passing of my father. By the time I drove the second vehicle, I could barely articulate my thoughts when Phil asked what I didn't love about it. I'm Autistic and there are certain things that I am very particular about in a way that doesn't make sense to most others and can be hard to articulate to strangers. When Phil patiently pulled my third test drive around, it somehow corrected all the discomforts of the previous ride. I'm not saying he's a mind reader, but he definitely pays attention and cares about the experience of his customers. I am a morning person and came in late on a busy day, so by the time I had made a decision, I was falling asleep at the desk but everyone was so understanding. When I was worried about the cost paired with an unexpected increase in my insurance rate, Phil made more magic happen to make sure my monthly payments would fit my needs.
I was embarrassed before I even started looking for a car because of my financial situation. I started every interaction by being up front about my budget, credit, and repossession. I had a few people politely inform me they couldn't help me, but about a dozen dealers say they would just to run my credit and either ghost communication with no explanation or tell me they couldn't help me form the very same reasons I had disclosed up front. I had several people pressure me to ignore my budget and credit situation or completely ignore that the one thing I said was nonnegotiable was seating capacity for my family. My experience at Byrider was so accommodating and compassionate especially in contrast to the other dealers I had connected with. In the midst of a bad economy, large scale layoffs, and emense inflation, Byrider will treat you with dignity and partner and transparency, get you into a vehicle realistic for you situation and make sure you're supported for the life of your loan.

The people were nice, may have messed up a couple times but they were nice and we were approved! They work with you even with bad credit. Edit* - went back to exchange vehicles and they were still awesome so nice and helpful and they didn't mess up this time ☺. Edit* - went back a 3rd time and had a little difficulty bit it wasn't anything they could control and the process went faster and of course everyone was nice they are a great place to get a car!

This place is absolutely awesome, they have great vehicles, great employees, great warranties, just all around great. They really do try to get you into a vehicle that you'll love. We went in on a Friday and it was a little busy but the patience pays off. I will always recommend Byrider to anyone that's looking for a car. Their staff was super friendly as well which made the experience even better. They make sure they aren't selling lemons or something that's going to need repair two weeks down the road. I've been through other dealerships that are meant for people with less than perfect credit and Byrider is by far the best one!

I have had a great experience, so far with JD Byryder. Car has needed minimal repair and the service department manager is great, so was the cost for the service I had to cover.
