Manager test drove and determined source of noise to be hub bearing & midshaft bearing. Both bearings were replaced. My opinion was that at 61,000 miles was early for this problem. Fix was done on time,with maximum discount plus a new tire was installed at no cost. I am really satisfied with the service and did not expect the tire. Thanks for the extras, it makes me feel as if I’m a valued customer, since I was treated as one. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced at your service department. Thanks for a job well done!

After a recent accident our 2022 Odyssey was classified as a total loss. Thanks to lucky timing and a great sales experience we're back on the road. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Tyler Honda and both times the staff has been very friendly and professional.

We were out of town on a trip when all the warning lights came on our CRV. We looked for the closest Honda dealer and drove to your location. We received a very friendly greeting and your service people told us they would get our car for service right a way. They checked our car out and reset all the warning lights and assured us it was safe to drive and suggested we check with our local dealer, Honda of Frontenac when we got home. Recently, while driving west on I-94, I hit a pothole which destroyed two tires. I also thought that there could be other unseen damage. I had the car towed to Tyler after the end of the workday. I talked to them first thing the following day. Despite having a full workload, they had my car repaired and I was on the way by 11:30AM. I certainly appreciate their professional service.

We were visiting the area and had a transmission issue on our Odyssey. Rachel was very knowledgeable on the phone and guessed it was likely a sensor. She got us in the same day, and the tech confirmed the diagnosis. They ordered a part that came in the next day and even arranged for a courtesy shuttle so my wife and I could enjoy our anniversary while the van was in the shop.

Called and set appointment to test drive car. And then negotiated and made a deposit. Established date to complete purchase. All done very professionally.

This dealership has the best repair shop in the area if you need any repairs done definitely request Randy he can diagnose and fix just about anything on any car.

I really wasn’t intending on buying a car and I was never pressured at all to buy one. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. **3/11/23 Update: I recently took the CRV in for some major service and maintenance issues that were slightly past due... I had actually spoken with the technician after the inspection and cost estimate and I was comfortable that Tyler was the place to go, The service manager, Jesse Wells, worked with my scheduling needs, and maintained a great attitude. In my opinion, the service after the sale is the most important performance indicator that a dealership can deliver on. Outside of the dealer requirement to pre-paying for all of the needed special-order parts, Tyler did a great job delivering quality service on my car. The engine noise that was there on startup is now gone, because the root cause (timing chain) was finally addressed. I would say that credit goes to Jesse Wells for taking the lead on this project, as well as the technicians who did the work. Regarding the communication piece to the me, the customer, Jesse is the one who delivers the news directly and sets the expectation realistically. He is professional, friendly and courteous. If you go to Tyler for service, I suggest working with Jesse!

***9/11/23 - Took the CRV in for brake inspection. Jesse and team did an expeditious job in replacing rear pads, rotors, and flushing the system. I also was shuttled to and from via the courtesy car. I am very satisfied with this service!

Very organized, had my appointment needs ready, started service process quickly, Kept me informed on progress, showed me defective air filters and sought my choice of action on them.

Had a great buying experience. Our salesman Aiden was very polite and accommodating. This young man even came in on his day off to make sure everything went OK when we took delivery of our car. We had one small issue that we didn't notice. Tyler Honda had it fixed for us the next day.

Amos seemed to understand what I wanted out of the car even though I changed my mind about the color. I never felt taken advantage of or pressured by him to buy or lease anything he was informative and willing to work with me. I came back three time and two out of the three times I got to work with Amos and both times I came back wanting to buy the CRV. Once it came to the lease process Justin blew it out of the water. His computer may not have been on the same level as him he never skipped a beat. His costumer service was on point and walked away knowing where all my money was going. The day before I was to bring in my car a little something happened and Amos reached out to Brian and both men saved my day and I can not thank them enough. I will continue to buy my vehicles from Tyler!
