Crimson Cafe

My husband and I came here for a quick breakfast and we were anything but disappointed. Great service, good menu choices and VERY quick. The French toast is a little lacking (no cinnamon sugar) but the eggs came out perfect, bacon was crisp perfection. The breakfast potatoes were wonderful and the cafe house waffle was absolutely delicious. Couldn’t be happier we came here to fill up. The ambiance definitely left something to be desired but that’s pale in comparison to how awesome everything else was.

We’ve always been fans of the food and service and the expanded seating capacity makes it easy to get in and out.

Service was quick and efficient and the food was fantastic as always

First time trying after a coworker recommended. Very good. Nice simple place, Food was fresh nothing tasted like it was frozen. I believe they are remodeling to improve space and atmosphere. Whole table enjoyed the foo! Definitely give them a try!!!

Couldn't be more delighted! We pulled over for lunch without knowing a thing about the café and had a great meal. Staff was friendly and thoughtfully split our meal across two plates when we mentioned we'd be sharing. The Piece of Art burger was juicy, flavorful, and had a great mix of toppings. I especially loved the onion rings; they were huge!

5/5 every time. Quality ingredients. Every guest that goes w me enjoys their food. Awesome special drinks & special meals. Just had my bday lunch there & loved it as always! I got the Buffalo grilled chicken wrap but switched to their delicious BBQ sauce (plus there's ranch in there)

This place is amazing! One of the best in St. Joe/Benton Harbor for sure.

[Atmosphere]
A neat little cafe. Similar color scheme to a 5 guys. Really super clean and spotless, perfect for families or friends. I really love the setting, really cozy and warm. It's run by a family (wife is hostess, husband is chef, kids help out too)

[Food]
FANTASTIC is the best way to describe it. I got the bang bang shrimp appetizer (delicious!), the shrimp sandwich (superb!) with fries (crisped and seasoned so well!). I can't wait to come back to try more of the menu!

[Overall]
I really recommend this place! I think I've found my new go-to spot in st.joe/Benton harbor. I LOVED it :)

So far everything I’ve had on the menu is excellent. And the Best onion rings I’ve ever had.. The owners work very hard . Excellent family owned restaurant.

Everyone in my party was pleased.

The food was delicious and fresh! The lemon chicken orzo soup was great. Their shrimp are amazing.

Clearly one of my favorite location in the area. While the chicken Ceaser salad is my go to, I have been discovering the pleasures of dessert…

Mocha Cake and Ice Cream!!? So affordable!

Awesome little cafe just outside of town here in Stevensville, MI. Approximately 2 miles from the interstate. Great menu options from breakfast to dinner. From basic & cheaper options to expensive options like the Lobster Mac & cheese. Prices do reflect what you pick to eat as you could imagine & Service was awesome. Food tasted great. Definitely recommend and will be coming back myself as a local.

Smoked Salmon Benedict, Steak & Eggs and 2 eggs with bacon.
Everything was delicious and fantastic service!

Nice little cafe where the owners care about quality, service, and cleanliness. About 7 minute drive down the road from the hustle of downtown St. Joe. Menu items include all day breakfast, lunch, dinner entrees, and sweets.

I like the place. I tried the omelet. Not satly much. Meal size also average. But cup is very small. And you can waiting for stay...i think couple mins... Not bad for waiting.
I will go to this place again. Very good 👍

My Husband and I were there in Michigan for our 10th year Anniversary. So we decided to take to Google and ask for "best food place" and Crimson was one of the first to pop up. We went there and I was just sitting in the car thinking should we go to this one or the one across the street. I am so glad he told me to let's just try that one. THAT WAS THE BEST BURGER I EVERY HAD😂😂 WE ALSO TOOK SOME RIBS TO GO. The cheesecake was also delicious ..Y'all my husband is a cook and a great one at that.

Manager is excellent, greets regulars by name, checks in with everyone, and maintains good morale for staff even during busiest times. The music choice is lovely and adds to the relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was spot on, no salt added to food to allow for dietary restrictions. It was all delicious without being preservative-laden!

Fantastic french fries! Super crunchy and crispy! The staff is very friendly and attentive, very happy that they are expanding for more seating!

This place is amazing! My daughter and I were here from out of town for her brother's baseball tournament and stopped for breakfast. Excellent customer service, amazing food and great prices! Would highly recommend this family owned and operated restaurant.
