From out of town and after dinner next door; the guy let me camp out inside his store for forty minutes while trying to get an Uber during heavy snow. Nice store and good people.

If I could give this wonderful neighborhood small business a 10 star rating I would! Eddie is the most kind, generous and wonderful person that cares about his community! He is always having barbecues where he feeds people in the community for free. At Christmas time he provides families with presents for their children and food for their table. He's making such a positive impact in the Walled Lake community! Hopefully the next time you are in Walled Lake you will stop in to this wonderful little store. Maybe you will be lucky enough to be there when Eddie is shooting off one of his fabulous firework displays!

Great place for all you're shopping needs. Eddie is a great guy and helps the community out tremendously. I drive out of my way just to shop at Eddie's walled lake.

Love Eddie & his parents! We're in at least once a week when it's warm enough to walk, they've always got a twizzler for my kid. They've got a good party store selection & reasonable prices. Gotta love a business that throws customer appreciation parties too!

Met Eddie the other night along with his friends at the Redwings game with my girlfriend. Eddie is a very generous and humble individual. I’ll be looking forward to making a stop at his store soon!

Eddie is ... a man of the people, for the people..simply all about taking care of the people. You just dont find guys like him in too many places these days. Need something he doesn't have. Which is highly unlikely, Eddie will get it for you. No other place to go other than the Wine Barrel give him 10 stars he's the best.

I've been going to Eddie's since I moved a couple of years ago. I've never been disappointed. Wether it's the middle of winter and I'm stopping for a bottle whiskey or the 4th of July and my family is stopping for beach refreshments, Eddie is always courteous and friendly. It is, by far, one of the best stores in the area.

We were at the Walled Lake beach on Labor Day and saw BBQ outside the store. Fully expecting to pay for it, we enquired about the prices only to find out that it was free and a labor day gift of the store owner to anyone and everyone around! The spread was amazing - several types of delicious meat, sides, dessert, drinks. We just came back to USA from 6 years abroad and generous gestures like that is exactly what we love and missed the most about home. Thank you for such an amazing welcome!!

There's no one better than Eddie of Eddie's! He is usually the only one working and really cares about his community and clients. I'll go out of my way to purchase from him versus any other store. His prices are standard and his inventory is massive. BONUS: access from the water💙

Good selection of beers and wine. Easy access from the lake and Eddie seems to know everyone who stops by.
