Boyne City Motel

Very nice, clean room with super comfy beds. Great tv selection for falling asleep and super well stocked bathroom with plenty of towels even for a one night stay. Loved that every unit has an external entrance and can park right in front of your door. The romantic string lights above the parking area makes you feel even more safe and cozy when walking through at night. All check in was done through phone call, which made it quick and easy, and a personal text was provided when I inevitably forgot my door code within 10 minutes of receiving it. Absolutely 10/10 for everything!

Exactly what we paid for. Room was nicely decorated and adequately appointed with free bottled water and Carmel corn, well made beds, clean with friendly service. They were accommodating of our very late arrival time and communicated excellently. Very likely to consider returning next time I’m in the area if this room best meets the needs of the trip. Walking distance to downtown boyne city was nice.

This is a very simple motel. But very high quality. The rooms are very clean, and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is not only clean but it has a toilet seat that’s weighted and slow close. It’s the little things. And of course the location is phenomenal- right in Boyne City walking distance to everything. Love it!

Great place, affordable and quiet. Rooms are basic but that’s all I wanted. A great place if you want to stay in charlevoix area or go to avalanche bay which we did.

Stayed her from 1/10/24 to 1/12/24. Stayed in room #8. It was quiet, comfy and reasonably priced. We were even able to check in earlier after reaching out to the Motel because we arrived earlier than expected. Thank you so much for everything. Highly recommend staying here and if we ever return to Boyne in the Winter we will definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay! Room was clean and had everything I needed for a ski trip to Boyne. Easy walking distance to everything in Boyne City. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in the area. Hotel staff truly appreciates your business and made me feel welcome before I even arrived!

We LOVE Downtown Boyne and Boyne City Motel is a great place to stay! It is always inviting, clean and close to all that's going on! We've stayed here every year for the last 20 years and it never disappoints! Looking forward to this year 2024!

Great location and price—comfortable, clean, and quiet! All you could ask for, walking distance to everything in town is a huge plus. We came up in a snow storm and the owner was willing to make accommodations if needed, even when booked through a 3rd party platform. Highly communicative and helpful staff prior to check in.

Excellent! The overall quality is among the highest as far as motels are concerned. The staff is very friendly and customer service focused! I truly felt that they cared about how our stay would be. They offered free water and popcorn everynight that they refilled when cleaning the room. They offered breakfast and coffee which is a nice touch as well. Overall, my wife and I felt very safe here and that our privacy was respected as well. I'd highly recommend staying here if you are looking to stay in Boyne City!

Very great experience! Growing up in the summers being in boyne I feel that the rooms are perfectly designed. Super easy check in! Staff communicated well!

Rooms were very clean. Beds were very firm. A little dated, but nice for the price. Did talk to management as I was traveling with an elderly deaf person. Cable boxes will accommodate captions, but remote control will not (Spectrum) Upgrade available. Don't know if ADA rooms are available (didn't request one), but was given a room on the ground floor. EV charging available at the park across the street.

Staff was super friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. I liked having a separate AC unit from the heat. Made it easy to adjust the rooms temp at to our exact liking. Would definitely stay again!
