Best McDonald’s around. Use the App. Will save you time and money. They will bring food to table, car, counter or drive thru. I worked for McDonald’s corporation for 13 years in the 80’s. So I know the difference the staff makes. This place has made HUGE IMPROVEMENTS in the last year or two. The staff on weekday mornings is top notch. Weekly stop for us.

Extremely easy ordering, and smooth window processes yo pay and pick up our order. And the attendants were smilingly and pleasantly greeted us at 8;15 in the morning. That was a nice plus.

Great staff for lunch shift, not so much for the overnight/ early morning shift...

Wonderful and fast service even during the busy dinner hour. The manager, Brandon, clearly leads by example and creates an efficient and effective work environment.

Got the sausage biscuit meal, all items were made fresh and were delicious.

Staff was friendly and quick with everything.

There is a really nice crowd of older folk that hang around mid morning, all very sweet and kind people.

Puerto Rican food is a good way to go.
Food here is good and for the price you can't go wrong.
I do recommend eating here if you feel like trying something new

I once went here with my boyfriend to see who could eat 20 McNuggets the fastest. We tied. I did cheat a little. Since we were ordering 40 nuggets at 9pm, they had to make some for us. Well, they were piping hot, let me tell you!! Conveniently, I was the one who grabbed the tray and the cashier warned me which ones were the hottest. Well lucky me- he didn’t hear! So, I rearranged the tray so that the hot ones were on his side so maybe the extreme temperature would slow him down. It worked!! I managed to tie him and have not had nuggets from McDonald’s since. I do not recommend eating 20 nuggets in 3 minutes. It takes all the enjoyment out of how delicious a McNugget really can be.

Service is always quick and food is fantastic. Brandon was an amazing employee, will definitely return!

This McDonald's has won me over.

After going here almost every day to get a Large Mocha Frappe Without Whipped Cream for at least a couple years, I can tell you that these guys have got it down about how to do things.

(The one criticism I have is the shape of the parking lot. It is really getting bumpy so please resurface asap. )

Keep up the good work though overall and you guys are awesome.

The food is always hot, everything seems like its made to order. The line is usually long and it takes some time to get food. It is McDonald's food though- expect to feel yourself in a bit of a struggle sitting on the toilet the next morning.

Been to a lot of McDonalds and am used to really awful service, and/or poorly put together food. My last meal here 7/16 was not that case. Pleasant, Courteous, and made and packaged my food with care.

Managers got a handle on the joint. If I could give them 6 stars on service I would.

The staff here on Marschall Rd do a great job. I drive up mostly and the two windows work very well together. The food is fresh never stale. Thank you Shakopee McDonalds on Marschall Rd.

Everything was great. Ryan was super nice delivered my food, offered a refill. Honestly better service than a standard restaurant.

Ordered a customized burger and it was fast fresh and looked just like when you see him advertised it was not squished it was not over done there was the perfect amount of condiments
