Underground Printing Kalamazoo

Huge shout out to Underground Printing for coming through clutch! I reached out to a good friend of mine Josh who represents the Kalamazoo location and he was able to not only get me QUALITY products with custom designs specified to my liking, but did it affordably. On top of that, the turn around time was IMPRESSIVE! If i could give more than 5 stars I would!

My building ordered a couple of custom t-shirts as a thank you to our maintenance friends who, after over 4 years, moved on to a different building on the university campus. They loved them! Working with UGP was great - excellent customer service and product. Prices were competitive with other companies I received quotes from. The art design team was very prompt with their proofs. I will recommend UGP to friends and colleagues!

I own a local gym and prior to finding Underground Printing we tried a few local printing shops. To my surprise there were major issues at almost every one including wrong items, missing items, final product hardly resembling mock-ups, and denial of errors. Underground was the first place we found that was pleasant to work with and got our order 100% correct. We’ve since been using them for all of our printing needs for nearly 4 years and have yet to have a single issue. Keep up the great work!

UGP was wonderful throughout the process. I chose to go through them after our Wheel Run Race shirts were so well done. I was not disappointed! Jasmine was amazing, she responded super quickly any time I had a question. The shirts came a day earlier than the deadline that I needed them by and the order was perfect! Awesome first time experience ordering 50 customized shirts! The tees themselves were very soft/high quality, the printing job came out sharp, the entire process from initial online ordering to email communications with Josh afterwards was flawless and beyond helpful. Underground Printing did an exceptional job with our order for our sorority! Michael was absolutely incredible to work with and extremely professional. Even with all of our back and forths about our t-shirt design, he was very patient and provided us with the best service possible. Michael and Underground Printing provided us with an amazing price for the number of shirts we had ordered and was very timely with responses to any of our questions. We even appreciated that our shipment for the shirts had arrived earlier than we had expected giving us an ample time to ship these shirts to our sisters to various states so they can wear them for our 15 year anniversary.

We will absolutely recommend Underground Printing to anyone! They provide excellent quality products and the print details are proving very durable as well. We ordered work shirts just last year from a very popular on-line shirt company, and obviously, we already needed brand new ones - the printing started to fade very quickly and stains would not come out nearly as well as the ones we have ordered from Underground Printing! They have EXCELLENT Customer Service - are very Knowledgeable - Patient - and had our orders sooner than what was expected!

Chris is awesome to work with. Every time I’ve ordered our work business shirts I send him a email and he has always taken care of the order for me. I couldn’t recommend Chris and Underground printing in Kalamazoo enough for anything printing related. The shirts are quality and the screen printing/ digital printing is amazing.

Underground Printing did an exceptional job with my order. The package came in a timely fashion, and was exactly what I expected. The staff was also helpful with picking out certain color schemes as well. Overall, I had a wonderful customer experience, and I recommend Underground Printing for ALL your apparel needs!

The staff at Underground Printing are extremely helpful and prompt in their email replies. They answered all of my questions in a timely fashion and assisted with my custom screen print design and order. The shirts turned out fabulously and looked even better than I imagined. The fabric is soft and the exact color that they looked online. The image is clear and each shirt looks perfect. The entire order was done 3 days before my deadline which was very convenient!

Jasmine from UGP was wonderful – so incredibly helpful. We needed a large quantity of corporate softball shirts and had very little turnaround time, but she was able to get everything organized – with time to spare! The shirts look great, and were such a reasonable price. We will definitely be using UGP again!

This was my second order with UP and this experience went as smoothly as the first. Casey, the individual I worked with, was knowledgeable, competent, friendly, and patient and I felt like he was in my corner throughout the entire process. The art department was also helpful by suggesting a slight tweek to my design which enhanced the overall appearance. Happy and satisfied customer, again!

Jasmine with Underground Printing was wonderful to work with. Underground Printing successfully accomplished what no other company was willing to do...Create a small order. I'm a single owner of a small business. I didn't need 50 shirts made, or even ten. I only needed two. No other company in my area wanted to do 'small batch" job, at least not without a huge charge. Jasmine said it was no problem for her. She'll work with any size group or order. My order was completed in the time schedule given. Every step in the process was covered explicitly, so there was no miscommunication. When I picked up my order it was perfect. I would use Underground Printing again.

Underground Printing was extremely helpful and quick to answer questions regarding our softball tees order. When i emailed asking questions, I often heard back within a few minutes.
