A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to stay for a two-day visit at your hotel. It was a wonderful experience and I wanted to express my appreciation.

When I checked in, I was greeted promptly and given a room on the first floor, which I found to be a convenient entry & exit. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find out about the complementary breakfast available and am glad the hotel receptionist made me aware.

The room I was given was extremely clean, with the bathroom spotless & stocked and the bedroom area being inviting and comfortable.

During my stay, housekeeping knocked multiple times to check-in on the status of my room and replenish low supplies. It's clear your staff cares about the state of rooms & well-being of guests.

I checked out extremely satisfied, with both the bill and service. The coziness and overall ambiance of your hotel is one to remember and will be a reason to visit again. I'll be sure to recommend this hotel to all friends and family visiting Mount Pleasant.

Had a great time. Caught a concert at Soaring Eagle. Easy checkin and checkout. Right near US127 and less than five minutes from the casino.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quality Inn and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who made check-in a breeze. The room itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of travel.
The hotel amenities exceeded my expectations. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both hot and cold items, and everything was fresh and delicious. The on-site fitness center was well-equipped and allowed me to maintain my workout routine during my stay. Additionally, the complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, keeping me connected throughout my visit.
What truly set Quality Inn apart was the exceptional customer service. The staff was always available and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had, and their genuine hospitality made me feel valued as a guest.
The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. Overall, my stay at Quality Inn was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area.

Stayed during the jelly roll concert. Pretty clean easy check in. Room was decent priced considering how busy that weekend was. Very nice staff. Bathroom was clean. Only down fall I'd say is the tiny bottles of shampoo and condition they give lol they don't have the ones on the wall like some hotels do which is a down fall for us thick hair girls lol

Room was pretty straightforward. Not too many amenities, but if you're not expecting much out of a hotel, but to simply allow you to get rest whenever you can, then this is a good place. Location is good. I was here for orientation at CMU and it's about a six minute drive from campus. It's right on a busy avenue street that has a stretch of eating options including a Subway right next door.

From the moment we stepped in the door and were greeted by the manager, we felt welcomed. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable with nice linens. We were offered to come down in the morning and fill our in-room coffee pot rather than brew our own. We would gladly stay here again. Wonderful staff.

Super reasonable prices! Brand new complex it even still smells new inside. Very clean and well kept. Super comfortable beds! Small rooms but for $62 whose complaining! We just needed a crash pad for a late night casino trip and it was perfect! Would definitely stay again!

Emily was extremely accommodating over the phone great rep! Thank you for the great deal again this year. This is our 3rd year for state darts and our 3rd year staying here. The hotel works perfect for what we need the taxis are quick to go to casino and back and it is and always has been affordable! Definitely recommend this hotel.

From the moment we arrived Nikki at the front desk was so accommodating and friendly. I had forgotten so many items and without asking she presented me with a bag of complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was wonderful. Everything was freshly made and plentiful. This will be my favorite place to stay.

Staff was nice. The hotel was clean. Mostly updated and comfortable. Loved the pillows and soft sheets.

Beds are very comfy and thats the biggest thing to me so that was nice. When I went, the doors were open 24/7 without any attendents at the front desk at night so if security is a problem for you, that was my experience. Overall very nice and the lady helping at the front desk in the afternoon was very polite as well.

I came here five years ago but I always think of this experience. I came up with my mom for some school related things & we decided to stay here. We walked in and I specificly remember the scent of homemade chocolate chip cookies. This amazing front desk guy (unsure if he still works there) was constantly baking cookies. they were delicious so obviously I came back for more cookies, it’s extremely cute and cozy. Great cookies. Great experience.

The staff is very helpful and courteous! Very clean rooms. No issues whatsoever in my two week stay. Very good rates and awesome location. If you’re looking for a no hassle, comfortable, and clean place, this is it!

Great place always have rooms available at a great rate.. Nice and small rooms not to big for us two. Very clean and staff very friendly. Also convinently right off the Highway. Definitely our go to spot when rooms are all booked up at casino or water park.👍😎

Quiet, friendly, room small for two adults queen size bed but sleeping was good.

Lived here for 3 months and it felt like home.. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else while in Mt Pleasant for work. It's clean and quiet at a great price. Tell Sue on day shift and Wendy on Night shift that Ivan said hello.

Very decent hotel, staff is very accomodating, sue and emily were too good. Wendy is friendly. Best for money in the entire city. Felt like home

It was a basic hotel and maybe a little outdated but it was clean, the staff was friendly, and it had all the amenities you need for an overnight stay. I've stayed in much pricier hotels which were not nearly as nice or clean as this one. Highly recommend. It's also right on the main drag, which was convenient.

Rooms are small but very clean. Very close to Soaring Eagle casino. The prices are reasonable. Staff was very friendly. Plenty of parking. Decent breakfast the following morning.
