Me and my family stayed for 3 nights and we can all say we had a fantastic stay spending time together at this exquisite hotel in minnesota! We were overjoyed when we found out it was pet-friendly so we jumped at the chance to bring our pup with us! The girls loved swimming in the pool every chance they got and didn't ever want to leave. We also really enjoyed the continental breakfast, there were so many options and the food was very delicious and gave all of us a great start to the day. I have to say, the service was fantastic! Everyone was so kind and inviting and really made us feel at home! The staff were so helpful and polite and we really felt appreciated by everyone. I definitely will be visiting again and i 100% recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Stayed for two nights for a wedding, and I was easily able to add two more nights. I was able to keep the same room. Staff was very attentive and helpful.

The room is clean, and the water pressure is excellent. The bed was more comfortable than I expected. The complementary breakfast is a good start to the day. The hotel is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

If I am in this area again, I will book another stay at the AmericInn.

Our stay was fantastic! The customer service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Our family had a last minute change to our reservation and they were so kind and accommodating. The beds were comfy, the room was clean, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. We were in town for a family wedding and we couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay at this hotel. 10/10 experience.

This place was absolutely amazing! They had such great and kind service, the rooms were great as well. Beds were comfy, hot shower and more. I especially loved the location because there were so many things near by to either go shopping for things or to eat and to just go have fun.

The staff is friendly and very service oriented. The hotel has a very relaxed vibe. The building is a little on the older side and you see some wear but it is very clean. The mattresses are very comfortable. The continental breakfast is just right, a good deal, and sends you into the day in this beautiful lake area energized.

My stay was extremely pleasant, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean, so was the breakfast. I stayed two nights and it felt like home. stay here if you want your moneys worth!

Front desk check in was friendly and quick. I loved being on the first floor and the room was very clean. Breakfast was great! Pool was clean, a decent size, and we enjoyed spacious seating for a group. The fireplace in the lobby entry area was so cozy and inviting!

Clean rooms, hot breakfast welcome to truck drivers may have short wait. They accommodate you to the best of there ablility. Best service as a truck driver I have received

Wonderful customer service experience! Highly recommend Americinn in Chanhassen. Meera was so lovely and helpful as we were in need of a place for my elderly mother to stay asap due to a power outage in the area. Rare these days to find such a compassionate and true professional. Great location especially for visiting paisley park as it's just along the road. Rooms were really good and comfortable service was ok staff could have been more informative especially on check in but great place nice decor and would Def stay again

We stayed here while on vacation. But I also had some important work meetings to tend to which we didn't want to tie the room up with. The staff was very accommodating to me in this regard. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good. It's a family-run operation. They seem to be working hard.

We had a great stay at this Wyndham! The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was a good variety and plentiful, and the staff was quite helpful with anything we needed.

I would like the bathrooms to be updated to the same level as the rest of the hotel, but it was still functional and clean; they just looked outdated, and the old grout gave the appearance that the bathroom wasn't clean.

Our overall stay was enjoyable, and the location was only five minutes away from our destination. We would stay there again in the future.

The staff was very friendly. We had a power outage at home and the were very accommodating to get us checked in early that morning.

Our stay was excellent. The check in and check out was a breeze.

The hotel room seemed to be recently remodeled with vinyl flooring, spacious cabinetry, with desk and rolling chair for seating, refrigerator, microwave, plenty of drawer and closet space, etc.

Plenty of hot water and the shower faucet water pressure was strong and good.

The breakfast …excellent. Scrambled eggs,
Sausage links, sausage links, corn muffins and biscuits, yogurts, waffles, cereals, and selections of breads for toasting to include bagels and cream cheese. One of the better breakfasts bars that we have experienced.
Hot and nicely displayed. Coffee is great with hot chocolate also available.

The hotel staff had the breakfast set up both days before 6 am, and opened the doors and put on the lights well before the designated time.

The hotel is convenient to everything’s from restaurants, gas, shopping, and more.

We have stayed at this hotels many times in the past and found the new management very accommodating and the property seems to have been improved.

For about $100 it was clean comfortable and quiet and had a simple breakfast which was a nice addition.

Saw some poor reviews right after I booked. Man, people sure like to crab. Everything was as good as I hoped, couldn't come up with anything to complain about if I tried. Even with the distance, still a relatively quick and pleasant drive to Target field - what a great highway system. Next time I'm in town for some more baseball, I would certainly stay here again.
