The service is really great. The wait staff was friendly. They were quick to come to drinks, and when we needed refills. It wasn't too busy, which is nice. Very generous with the portion sizes. The house salad is amazing. The food came out fairly quick for the number of people we had. The restaurant and bathroom are clean.

Great place, reasonably priced . Beer served in chilled glasses. Pig wings are the bomb. Our service was very good. Had not been there in a while and was worried about the poor service related reviews, but there were plenty of servers and our drinks and food came out promptly, everyone was nice, friendly and helpful .

Best salad in town!!! Service is always pleasant and quick with a smile. Throw a penny into turtle pond and make a wish! Recommend half price margarita days (Saturday + Wednesday).
Steak night is mondays as well! Next time will get dessert!

This is the best place we ate on our recent road trip!
Great food. Large portions. Fun and relaxing. Great service. Wish I tipped more (was exhausted and wasn't thinking).
Exterior is deceiving and confusing (the end of a long building). Go there and enjoy!

We stopped for dinner as we were traveling up road 47.
Large facility with a separate bar area.

Many seating options including booths and tables for all size of parties.

I had the Romano chicken sandwich and it was a huge piece of chicken.
It came with a salad and I picked fries as my side, but there were many options.

My husband had a pork chop either dinner or platter. Again it was huge there were three breaded pork tenderloin. He ended up eating the salad the baked potato and one pork tenderloin and bringing the other two home.

Good service. Would definitely visit again.

Bit pricy but you'll get what you're paying for. Like any other restaurants there're always in house deals.

Good spacing and arrangement. Customer service is great too (except for one that appeared to have a bad day, I thought for a second others are noticing that too. A friendly face when passing by tables always leaves better impression that looking at the floor, looking disturbed).

Didn't figure out if free wifi is available, saw few networks and tried connecting but wouldn't go through all the ways.
Will sure visit this place again as Morris is good town with warm people, easy to approach and talk to. If you're visiting this town perhaps there aren't great many fun things to do but sure worth discovering the general culture and local businesses like Turtles Tap.

I especially like the vintage look with the kerosene lanterns deco hung on the wall, a barrel and few other things within this building. It is indeed a family friendly place as much as older populations I saw.

Service wait time could take longer however, surprising given fewer customers (3 Jan 2022 dinner). Just like any other business, there's always room for improvements but with my experience this place is already going amazing. Worth the visit.

The all you can eat fried chicken on Thursday is amazing. Skip lunch and make sure you are really hungry. The staff is really friendly. Beer selection is awesome. The Frozen lemonade looks amazing I'll be back soon to try it.

The food is absolutely delicious and you get your money's worth,I had the mug burger which is where they actually put everything for the burger in a mug and it is delicious and you also get 2 sides with it ,so I had a salad and it was really fresh and crispy and French fries, it is a family atmosphere and kids will enjoy looking at the wall with the ocean scene

Super cool place. Decor was fun for kids and adults alike. Everyone had face masks on and very safe environment! Cod dinner was delicious and hot. Kids home made Mac and cheese was so good. Hamburgers were cooked to order. I would recommend this place.

I’ll gladly give a 5 star rating to this establishment. I’ve been coming to Turtles in Dwight and Morris for years. Since I’ve been a kid. Had a last minute reservation for about 15 and they took us in with no problem. They put up with our loud but friendly party like we were family. Good food great service! Always a great visit !!

Unique restaurant in Morris Illinois. I had the fried chicken and fries it also came with a salad with house dressing it was all great and reasonably priced, I also had the frozen lemonade that was great.

Salads, sandwiches, service, friendly people, ALL of it was wonderful. This was a destination ride for our motorcycle club and we were treated like family. The kind of family you LIKE! I highly recommend this establishment.

Well, I finally made it back, and I was really surprised by the great changes and what was kept from my last visit! The flight choices are a great touch! My steak was as good as I remember! Keep up the good work!

Make sure to bring your appetite to this amazing restaurant. Always great food. Absolutely wonderful atmosphere! The wait staff are some of the best, quick polite and fulfilling all of our demands even very patient with a rambunctious 5 yo. I will return over and over.

Great place to eat. Our young waitress was the best that we have had anywhere in years. Well worth the 30-minute drive to get there. Reasonable prices in today's world.

I got a coffee cabin and at first it was too sweet and the waitresses were great and put more coffee in it for no extra charge! I am gluten intolerant and the mug burger was AWESOME! It was nice to have a burger again! My husband ordered the Asiago Steak sandwich and he liked it. The steak was much bigger than anticipated. We also ordered the loaded waffle fries, they were a little too crispy for us but I think they did that so the ones with cheese didn't get soggy but again great flavor! Everything was so flavorful and good! Our waitress was Autumn, she was extremely professional for how young she looked! Her service was professional and very curteous!

I've been coming here since I was a kid and I've never had anything from here that I didn't like. The chicken is some of the best around and is really cheap too! I highly recommend coming here. The bar has a huge selection as well.

The menu is great, the fish is awesome. My wife loves it, ribs, burgers, and steaks are the best house salad can't be beat. Staff is very friendly and courteous and always detailed to attention. Making your dining experience wonderful every time.
