Holiday Inn & Suites Mount Pleasant, an IHG Hotel

We had a wonderful stay here. The front desk and food staff were amazing!! Helped clean up a mess my daughter made, gave us complimentary items, had a positive/friendly attitude, and called right away when we forgot a bag in the lobby. Rooms were very clean. We would definitely stay again if in the area!!

This is my favorite hotel in Mt. Pleasant. The staff is always friendly and the rooms and building are very very clean. I also love the built in restaurant and bar.

Great experience. Clean, updated rooms. Kind, hardworking staff. Jasmine, Brent, and Ben made sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free.

Great location right off the expressway very close to Soaring eagle casino and resort many forms of transportation to and from very clean modern hotel has a store on site snacks and drinks a bar that serves alcoholic beverages along with a restaurant that allows you to order food or a breakfast bar in the morning buffet style small outdoor patio great pool

My stay at this Holiday Inn in Mt. Pleasant was top notch! Starting with Jasmine at the front desk who was kind, patient, and dialed in, it was a relaxing visit. My room was immaculately clean. The shower was luxurious, and the bed was comfortable and supportive. I have not been in a hotel with a cleaner room. The entire staff was gracious. Top notch stay!

I've stayed at this location the past 6 weeks for work. I'm especially impressed with Matthew who appears to work evenings. He always makes sure the suitcase carts are available for me upon checkout; he remembers me by name and has my checkout details prepared by the time I walk up to the counter. He has made my stay very enjoyable through his kindnesses.

The front desk staff was nice and friendly! They quickly checked us in so we could get on with our night. Our room was nice and clean when we go in there. Over all a great experience!

Thank you To the manager Sara and all the staff! You made my daughters birthday and Easter break super awesome! The rooms were super clean and staff was so kind and courteous. They even set up an Easter egg hunt for my family in the lobby. It was awesome will definitely be staying here again when I’m in town.

King room was spacious. Shower was oversize with good water pressure. Bed was comfortable.
I was on the 2nd floor and could hear the people above me walking in their room. I normally ask for a high floor but I missed noting it on this reservation.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean.

Very clean, modern hotel.The suite was spacious with large living area separate from the beds so you could close the door to keep light and noise from those still sleeping.
Bright lighting in the living space, the bathroom was large and spotless. The furniture in the living area was comfortable and modern and the beds were a dream.
Noise from other rooms was audible. Even with all the modern loveliness in the room, you could still hear banging from other rooms.
There was a restaurant and bar on the main floor. Looked nice, priced accordingly (higher than an average restaurant due to it being on the hotel). We didn't order from there, but the menu looked appealing with some very unique offerings for breakfast.
Check in and check out were a breeze and the elevators were so smooth you couldn't detect the motion.
I thought the$4 for the bottle of smart water was steep and we avoided paying that the rest of our stay-even if it was convenient. However, the free toothbrush was greatly appreciated by our person who forgot to pack hers!

My daughter and I stayed overnight here a couple weeks ago. The room we had (standard king) was spotless and the bathroom was very clean. The bed was comfy and the pillows were just right. Normally, hotel pillows are stuffed so full you end up with a crick in your neck the next morning, but these were perfectly squishy. The only complaint I have is that there ended up being a championship high school football team that stayed on the floor above us. They were pretty noisy in the morning (could hear lots of walking/banging around) - but that's not the hotel's fault. Had I known, I would have requested a higher floor.

Breakfast was decent, not spectacular - but as a hotel breakfast buffet, it is what it is. They did have a good variety and the service was awesome. There was only two employees waiting in the restaurant that morning (that I saw) and once the football team descended upon us, things got hectic. But, the two young women did a fabulous job keeping up, making sure the buffet was always replenished, cleaning tables, and making sure to check on the non-football tables frequently.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay and if I'm ever in Mount Pleasant again, this will definitely be the place I call.

Corrected the issue we had within twenty-four hours. Very good response to our need for help.

Pros- Staff is friendly. Clean and updated. Room and cubby layout is great. There is a desk that rolls out from under the TV area. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Plenty of outlets and USB ports. Close to casino and restaurants. IHOP is right across the street. Definitely stop at El Jinete to eat.
Cons- pool is tiny. The pool room itself is tiny as well. Plan on getting wet watching your kids swim. Bathroom door automatically shuts and will not stay open.
Overall, pros outweigh the cons.

*Keep in mind I forgot to take photos when we got there so the room looks a little messy from us staying in it overnight.

Stay was great! Front counter was friendly! Only negative is coffee isn't free in lobby, although there is a keuring in the room.

Very clean rooms had trouble with the fridge but they kindly switched it out without a problem very prompt and helpful friendly staff will stay again when in town ♥

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet available for a small extra charge. Well-lit parking lot. Easy access to route 127 and to Soaring Eagle casino as well as restaurants and shopping.

Jasmine was fabulous when checking us in. Beds were very comfy and clean. Casino hotel was booked so wanted something close for after our concert. Close and easily traveled between the two

I had the most amazing time at the banquet bbq put on by toast to toast the restaurant inside of the holiday inn the food was incredible the staff was amazing. The entire family enjoyed themselves we will definitely be attending all upcoming events. Special shout out to the new manager Chelsea, I can really see a major improvement especially in the staff.Thank you for a wonderful family experience.
