Had a great experience with Geek Easy! I personally know the owner and know him to be a very caring, generous, and intelligent individual. Finally had an opportunity to use their services when my gaming PC broke down. Matt at the desk in the shop was very quick in diagnosing the problem, and their rates were very reasonable. As soon as I took their recommended actions I was back in business! I can't speak highly enough of Geek Easy and their team.

Needed our computers looked at, but right before a holiday weekend... Matt squeezed us in, got the computers working great and even cleaned one of mine that I let get dirty. He even helped me bring them to my car! Great team! I will definitely be using these guys in the future!

I personally got my laptop serviced there, and the staff there were friendly, the diagnostics didn't take long, and they were prompt. A small Kalamazoo shop with a lot more “geek” than “sleek.” Straightforward, professional, knowledgeable and without the usual obfuscating sales-motivation often veiled in this type of shop. My “geek” is Matt and he is great at understanding issues and seeking alternatives that are more than $$$-driven. I trust them resolving idiopathic issues on my 27-inch iMac. I’m guessing I am probably more comfortable with technical issues than most home users. They are a “YES!”

Excellent service. I bought a work laptop from them, and it had a minor issue that was hard to diagnose. They stuck with it and addressed the issue at a very reasonable cost, allowing me to us a loaner laptop during the repair.

These guys were great. Solved the issue for the minimum cost, and then fixed again for free when the ram they reseated loosened up again. That time, they showed me exactly what to do to correct the problem in the future if it happens again. 10/10 recommend.

Always there for me with a well thought out, affordable solution. Love this place!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop!

I brought in my aging gaming laptop and they were able to easily diagnose it's problems as well as explain everything to me. They happily answered all my questions, they communicated with me every step of the way.. the price was more than fair, but more importantly the customer service was just above any you would ever get at a big box store. The employees at Geek Easy are all so wonderful and helpful. I've already brought in a second machine that they fixed super quickly and I have plans to bring in my grans machine as well. I'll never go to another computer store, Geek Easy will always be my go to shop.

They are always willing to help us clueless seniors get our computers working.

These folks are awesome. I have taken my computers there for over a decade and they have always had fair prices, a friendly environment and communicate tech-ese in a way I can understand. Today I took in my computer for repair and instead of leaving it, they just worked with me for 10 minutes with advice on how I could fix the problem when I got home to my home wi-fi. No charge! I always recommend Geek Easy to others. Well done!

This place is awesome. Alan is sooo knowledgeable and is very patient with those who are not. My issue to me was very complex between all of my apple devices. I’d been on apple support several times yet the issue remained. He kept them for a day, figured out the issue, sent me home with an assignment and voila…. My devices now speak to each other again. A return visit will be in my future if I ever have a problem. Their pricing is also upfront and reasonable. Go there!

Had an issue with my computer, it crashed, they retrieved the data and backed it onto my new computer. Reasonably priced, friendly and fast. Fast forward to today, camera issue with my laptop. Stopped in hoping for appt. He took a look at it fixed it and sent me on my way. Best Part… NO Charge!!!!! Highly recommend these guys, they ROCK!

I am extremely happy this morning thanks to Allen from Geek Easy Computers for walking me through on the phone how do get rid of a computer software security system i had been using for years , and he informed me that i dont need it! i have one built in for free with my windows 10!

I just got off the phone with Alan after calling to ask if they could upgrade the drive on my MacBook. Alan was SO incredibly helpful, patient, and honest. He ultimately sent me on my way after telling me several different ways to solve my problem at a lower cost than having him install a new drive. This kind of service is so rare and so appreciated! Had I chosen to have Geek Easy do the work I would have had 100% confidence, and while I don't hope for a computer problem I look forward to working with them in the future as needs arise.

This owner is helpful, honest, and willing to educate uninformed computer owners. We walked in with a trashed MacBook air thinking it was beyond repair. He showed us how to transfer data off of it even with a broken screen, how to purchase an unexpired apple care warranty, and did not charge to look at it. What a refreshing experience. All of our computer repair business is going here. Highly recommend 👌

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My 6 year old, custom built Window/PC gaming/editing rig died last fall. I dropped it off with these guys after a conversation or two. Even after I sourced some components, they had it back to me in less than a week. Very fair pricing, and very fast, they took care of me. Seemed like quality workmanship- but wanted to give it time before rating/reviewing. Several months later- everything is still golden and most components are the same I installed 6 years ago. If I ever have any problems with my PCs, I will be bringing them here. Definitely recommend for quality repairs or builds.

I highly recommend Geek Easy! I'm not normally a reviewer, but they provided such excellent service I felt obliged, I went to this shop to have my very old mac book looked at- it was running super slow and over heating. Alan shot me straight and rather than taking an additional $25 from me to fix the issue, he recommended I just invest in something newer (which I kinda assumed was the case) He went over specs with me, told me reputable places to find a used laptop and even took a minute to talk with me about different models I was comparing a few days later. I still had a $50 deposit with them, so he recommended I bring the new computer in and he'd help me transfer over all my data from the old one and set up my external hard drive for me so I didn't feel like I wasted $50.
I'll definitely bring my new computer in to them if I have an issues in the future!

I worked with Alan for several weeks trying to trouble shoot and repair an old gaming laptop. Mostly for nostalgia. He kept me updated every step of the way and made great recommendations for all my goals. We’ve used Geek Easy for several repairs and upgrades and have always felt like we got the best service and deal. Keep up the good work gentlemen!

They have helped me out with three separate issues, and have been amazing to work with. My latest issues were a slow laptop and a desk top with a bad power supply. In both cases, instead of charging me for labor and for service, they helped me fix the problems on my own (including installing a new power supply). I really appreciated the honesty and the help. Highly recommended!

I had gone to an Apple-authorized big-box store for a repair of my MacBook Pro. Their recommendation (and fee) just didn’t feel right. The next day I went to Geek Easy. Awesome! They gave me a pointer that solved the problem AND saved me $200 from what the big-box guys wanted. I highly recommend Geek Easy. Knowledgeable, honest, fair and locally owned. Just go there.
