I have been a long time customer of Bud and Doug Walters Auto Sales. Over the years Doug and his staff have been extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and fair to me and my family. They make you feel important and they listen to your wants and needs in a vehicle. Every vehicle that I have purchased over the years from Doug has been of high quality. They also take care of the little details (title transfer, insurance, etc) needed when purchasing a vehicle. I also like the fact that they have an A1 service department (Walters Auto Service). Again, I highly recommend Bud and Doug Walters Auto Sales and Service. They are the best!

Several Decades ago, I, like many people, disliked the car buying experience. Enter Walters Auto Sales. Since then, I haven't even considered buying anywhere else. Smart, friendly people, spotless environment, easy access and returned calls, and value. They check all the boxes. But above all that, integrity. I can't say it any better than that. If you are the type that enjoys the hard back and forth negotiating process with multiple dealers, this isn't the place for you. If you want a worry-free experience, you're doing yourself a disservice if you don't check out Bud & Doug's.

This was my third car purchase from them and this experience was the same as my first two, which were wonderful. I worked with Abby Walters on this purchase and she was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and quick to respond to any questions I had. When I picked up my vehicle, it had a full tank of gas, an oil change and systems check the day before, and Abby introduced me to all of the features of my car before I left the lot. She reached out a few days later to see if I had any concerns or questions and told me I could call at any time in the future if I needed help with anything. I wouldn't consider buying a used car anywhere else than Bud and Doug Walters Auto Sales as they sell only quality cars that they stand behind, in addition to having mastered the art of delivering truly great customer service.

I usually hate car shopping but this place made it so easy. I had to wait a few days for a check to clear but they were willing to wait and I picked up my newer car that day. Abby gave me instruction on the new controls and off I went. Best car I have ever had and best experience with buying.

Doug is a great person to do business with. I'm all about doing business with family owned businesses, and this is one Kalamazoo's finest. Doug directed me to a vehicle he thought would be good for me. treated me fairly, was thorough and kind throughout. I never had any sense of pressure from him.
