Cat was amazing. My 3 year old was struggling with trying on boots because he’s an independent 3 year old that has all the feelings. Cat was running around the store playing tag with him and got his boots on his feet without a fight. Great job and much appreciated!

Great place organised the way you get used to find it organised in all the places around USA. The manageress was simply amazing, very nice and friendly and helped me place another order for a pair of Corral boots I came to pick up but were too small due to being mis-represented on their site. Their boots are simply gorgeous and you do not know where to look first. Unfortunately the fashion section at all Boot Barn shops is off par with European fashion and you find items in UK for example could be found some 20 years ago, and even then only people with no fashion style would wear: no wonder you see even bank staff at the weekend dressed so 'silly' no one in Europe would dare dress. The cowboy hats section is always as great as the boot section.

Amazing boots, shirts and other cowboy gear. Prices are reasonable and large selection. Great customer service and well organized. They also can steam shape your new or old cowboy hat.

i don't normally leave reviews, but today i had a great experience-i think i messed up the card reader machine and i felt really bad, but Connor handled it really well and idk it was just v cool

Boot barn, has extremely well made boots, made in the USA. our experience: we asked for a specific size 9b I believe. I also think they will fit you in a pair of boots. My daughter received the wrong size I believe a 9m. The gentleman kindly exchanged for the proper size, with no hassle or questions. My daughter couldn't fit her foot in the first pair so please make sure you are sized properly. This place has quality guys and they will definitely have my business again and again.

One of my personal favorite types of store that have a rotating selection of items at bargain pricing. This store is always clean.

The prices are a little steep here but after all it is a mall. I don't remember the gals name that helped me, but she was very helpful. I got myself a new Stetson. This is a really nice store.

There's a HUGE selection of boots to fit almost any need you could think of! There's beautiful accessories to go with almost every style of boot which makes this an AWESOME place for an outift without having to go to a million stores. The customer service is great and I've never had a bad experience coming here.

Been here many times over the years. They've special ordered smaller sizes of boots. Good selection of cowboy stuff flashy or practical. Always had nice people working.
