I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of scrubs offered. Anna was amazing! She brought me several different styles and was patient as well as helpful. My shopping experience at LaBella was top notch!

Good store. They have variety of scrubs, even for a bigger guy like me.

I am completely impressed and pleased with my quick and painless shopping experience. Russ immediately greeted me, asked me what I needed and proceeded to give me 8 options in the color, style and size that I requested. I then tried on the pants and picked out the perfect pair. He only had one in the store but ordered me 2 more pairs to be picked up in 2 weeks plus **BONUS** I got 20% off!! I was in and out of the store in exactly 30 minutes!!! I will definitely be recommending Scrubs Etc to all of my co workers.

I have truly never met such nice employees, not even at a scrub store, but at any store than the 3 employees that I have met now a couple of times coming here. I wish I knew their names, and if I find them out I’ll add them.

My boyfriend and I will gladly take the 45min - 1hr trip it takes to get to their store to give them business rather than go to multiple stores near us.

The store has good options for sizes and if they don’t have a size in, they will gladly order it for you. I usually have a hard time finding small tall/medium tall pants, but I am always in luck at this store.

As long as they’re in business, I will gladly be their customer!!!

This store has a ton of scrubs, all super practical and nice but also cute, different, and stylish, if that’s what you want! Prices were good and there was a good selection of scrubs at 50% off! I was also able to take advantage of 35% off for medical professionals which means a lot, especially during this time. The store was clean, organized, and the 2 people working while I was there were very kind. I hope to be back in the Lombard area - I will visit again!! Thank you (:

When I walked in, immediately the environment was so warm and welcoming. Was greeted by Ryan who was so kind and patient as to help me look for certain colors for my job. The whole staff made me feel comfortable (like family) and they were all very professional with every question I had. I appreciate all their hard work during this pandemic. I live quite a distance away and I surely will be coming back just to see everyone's friendly faces again!
Don't listen to any of the negative reviews, Russ, Ryan, Kim and everyone else goes out of their way to make sure everyone is treated with kindness and helped in any way possible.

I stopped in yesterday, on the advice of my instructor. Being a full-figured, plus-sized woman, I have struggled to locate comfortable pants and tops. I bought some on-line which were cheap, scratchy, and ugly. The owner at Scrubs, ETC. assisted me in finding scrub pants that are comfortable and look good. Though their selection is excellent, I was looking for an unusual color scrub top and my size is a challenge, no matter what I am buying. They were temporarily out of stock in my size, in the style I wanted. Even the Lombard store did not have it. It is on order. I will be called when it arrives
While I was there, many other customers were offered the same world class service. When I am out of school, and have a job, I will return to this store for all of my needs.

I have the most positive experience every time I shop at Scrubs Etc. The staff have excellent knowledge on all the products they offer. Russ and Mary are the most friendly individuals and always helpful and happy to see me and other staff from my company. I've been camping here for years and customer service is GREAT!!! They are very helpful as well as caring. Let's not forget the 25% discount they offer. Even when a person has unique taste or outrageous request they go 110% to help find what your looking for. The owner he has a GREAT sense of humor. Sometimes that all we need those kind words or funny moments. Thank so much.

Excellent store! I walked in 30 mins before they were closing and the staff was really friendly and didn't rush me. I'm a bigger guy and struggle to find scrubs that fit but I found a few pairs that fit me perfectly here. I will be going back real soon!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I really recommend it for anyone in the field. Russ is absolutely great. He goes above and beyond and you can tell he really knows what he is talking about. I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted and Russ gave me a few different options, which at first I questioned but it turns out he knew better than I did! I ended up getting two uniforms and coming back two weeks later to purchase more of them. The quality was amazing and they have a lot of different options.

I am a special education teacher, working with students who uncontrollably drool. I needed scrubs during this COVID time and Scrubs Ect was the best place. I had no idea what to look for and an employee named Illana was outstanding! She found me all the right sizes, colors and spent so much time helping me! Highly recommend this place!

I have tried every “discount scrub” place out there and none of them are worth it!!

Scrubs Etc. is small personal and ends up costing me less money and time. I get what I need the first time and it fits perfectly. I no longer have to go exchange or ship something back due to poor quality or wrong size.

The customer service is excellent and I am grateful for the convenience Scrubs Etc provides.

Great selection of colors, brands, and styles! I love Carharrt brand scrubs and I don't think they carry those but plenty of styles from Koi, Cherokee and Grey's Anatomy as well as others.

The women were very attentive to help me, one of them showed me one of their most popular scrubs, I think I found my new favorite. The store and dressing room is very clean and organized. There is a nice selection of clearance items if you are looking for a cute patterned top.

They give a 25% discount to medical professionals! The scrubs are competitively priced compared to Amazon and other stores.

I will definitely be back if I need additional scrubs or any accessories due to great customer services and great prices!

This store is absolutely a gem, this location use to be on main st in lombard but for few years they move to main Roosevelt in strip mall. I find the have very good and reasonable price products it surely is good quality unique designs. They even give you discounts without even you asking for it so it’s a nice surprise. I have been shopping here for long time and customer service is always nice. I read some ppl are complaining about return policy so it’s very clear on the receipt. Just read it carefully or ask before making purchAse. it’s not a big box retail store it looks like family operated business, nice clean and organized and staff is pretty friendly. I will continue to shop here.

Scrubs Etc is the only place I go for my scrubs. Russ and his staff are extremely helpful. The selection is great and the store is huge. If you can't find what you are looking for, Russ will special order it for you! He carries all the newest scrubs at great prices.

Ive been coming here ever since I graduated nursing school 10+ years ago and needed uniforms for my first job, and will continue to do so. At the time, I was struggling to afford a single item. The owner could tell and told me to pick any 3 sets that I like. I was so grateful. It’s a great place run by a great man. I will always be a customer.

I've been going here for years for all of my uniform and accessory needs and today's visit was just as amazing. I was impressed with the selection. They had many different styles of scrubs in every color and size, including petites and maternity. I told them I worked for Central DuPage Hospital and received a 25 percent discount on my purchase.
