As always Tonia @ Polished did an amazing job! This hair designer takes the time to understand what the costumer is looking to achieve.( Even if it's a process to get a certain color she will not let you leave her chair without feeling anything less than Beautiful!) Honesty and kindness is never without fail! I feel welcomed when I enter and always eager to return for another fun service. I am a unique client as I have been traumatized in another "well known" hair salon and had no intentions of ever letting anyone touch my hair again! (Hack job from hell!) Tonia reached out to me knowing I was in desperate need of a hair overhaul! I have battled illnesses that have affected my personal image and my hair health. Sitting in Tonia's chair has given me a sense of hope to feel womanly again and feel confident with all the stages of an Illness knowing that any step of the way she will be supportive in helping me makes the best hair choices. As women we all know how expensive salons can be and it's a treat to be pampered. At polished the price is always fair and I have paid way more and received less success elsewhere. When the original hair stylist I booked had to back out two weeks before my wedding, Polished Hair Studio stepped in! Danielle got through everyone quicker than anticipated, and was even able to accommodate an extra person who initially didn't want to get her hair done, but changed her mind the day of. Her prices were very fair, and she did absolutely beautiful work! Thank you Danielle, for being a lifesaver and for the gorgeous hairstyles!

Tonia not only does a great cut and color, she also has been immeasurably helpful connecting this newcomer to a network of necessary service providers in Traverse City. Tonia's suggestions allowed me to create a great support base. Wonderful stylist, wonderful woman!
