This was the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership hands down. I left with exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. The sales team was super helpful and not at all pushy. It was quick and painless, and I could not be more happy with my new (to me) car 🥰

My car was under warranty and I brought my car in for some repairs. Everyone at the dealership was nice. I was really impressed that they have a courtesy car THAT PICKS YOU UP AND DROPS YOU OFF! This was especially important when I had to drop the car off for the entire day and get to work. Set in Service was phenomenal! He went above and beyond to contact the warranty insurance company so that I didn't have to deal with them at all. I love Glendale Nissan!

I love getting my day started at Nissan. Even though I drive a long way for servicing, it’s worth the trip every time knowing my vehicle is being taken care of correctly. With clear service plans and upper fast service I can’t imagine taking my business elsewhere. Working with Manny means I have no anxiety about “extras” I don’t need and he ensures I know exactly what’s going on at each step of my appointment.

I've done more car deals that I care to recall in my life from simple $1500 private party used to multiple trade-in's on one new unit to 1:1 trade-in's for new. I always know about 90-95% what I want and where I need to be at to check off all the necessary boxes before I even walk into a store.

Sometimes deals go well and like any transaction sometimes they just dont. I must say in all honesty Keith and George treated me and my wife with integrity and respect. It was about the smoothest, most straightforward process I can remember.
We purchased a new 2023 Nissan Rogue SL AWD for my wife's every day driver.

If you read my other reviews I'm definitely not a roll-over kind of guy; In fact I'm picky, opinionated and when necessary difficult.

I scheduled a maintenance appointment thinking it came free with my car but due to purchasing my car at a different dealership they wouldn’t allow me to use my free maintenance at Glendale Heights dealership. This was all confusing/frustrating for me. Manny went out of his way to call them and do his best to help me out and explain the situation so I could understand. I decided to pay for my maintenance to be done at Glendale Heights Nissan due to their great service! Thank you!

My experience was wonderful. Erin was the best, she is the reason I drove to Glendale Heights, Jorge was patient and thorough and Burt was amazing. I am satisfied!!

Check engine light came on, didn't have an appointment showed up and they got me in and out pretty fast. These guys are always really good, everyone is polite and available whenever you need.

Because of the cold weather my car did not start on Wednesday night. My wife was driving the car that day. Next day she called and spoke to Chris who was very helpful and scheduled her to bring tge car in on the same day. She explained the issue and he understood what was going on.

Manny was amazing! He took care of me as soon as I pulled into the garage and kept me posted about the recalls and everything they would look at that day to keep me safe on the road!

They keeps up with the service and maintance of the vecicle before anything can go wrong. I won't take my car to any other dealer service dept. Great job by all the staff! Always a pleasure doing business. #auto # auto mechanic

Needed an Oil Change on the day we had a Weather ALERT SNOW STORM, I was given an appt. and arrived at the dealership. they took my SUV Changed the oil and rotated the tires, with a complete maintenance check. there is a recall on my vehicle, which I needed to have cleared, that will be completed when I go back, i did not have my second fob. Thank you to the men and women in the service dept.@ Glendale Nissan.

I had the best experience purchasing my car through Karina. She is very knowlegable, kind, and patient. She answered all of my questions, and took her time to ensure I understood every great feature of my new nissan murano. I will absolutely recommend her to my friends.
