Tommy's Express® Car Wash

Tommy’s is great. Lost this emblem off of my 2008 Camry in the dryer section a few days back and was finding oem replacements for way too much online. Came back and asked the guys if they saw it, they had it ready and secured! Great guys and great wash.

My sister and I went on a late night to wash the car (about 40 mins before they closed) and the assistant manager Geoff helped us at the window. He was very kind, professional, patient and beyond helpful. He walked us through the wash options and had offered to set up the app for the free 30 day trial wash. Definitely will be back and keep the subscription just for the GREAT customer service! I highly recommend!!!

Best car wash around!! Can't believe how well my car turned out!! It's been very neglected. I did get the best package they have. I did not take time to towel dry. Yet I got home & there's not one water spot on the car or windows!! My son was even amazed at how good it looked! Honestly looked as good as whe It's even hand detailed & waxed!! So happy I finally gave them a long over due try!!

I’ve tried all the other local car washes. I have a huge suv and if i go anywhere else i have soap left on it. This place, my truck comes out very clean. A little less clean if i go on the weekends when they seem to run the line a bit faster bc it’s busy.
I love the Halloween themed car wash in October. Very cute.

I seriously love this place. I don’t know who I’d give a higher rating to ? Chris the manager who makes sure you’re happy , or the carwash that does a phenomenal job. You can also include the fact that they aren’t a gas station so I would assume their main focus is cleaning cars. Most comparable sized washes in the area are a waste of money and chew up sensitive parts of your car. One of the coolest things is they use your license plate kind of like an iPass. In my opinion tho; The best way to keep the customer is providing outstanding customer service. I can honestly say I am Berris myself asking for my money back when i realized I wasn’t correctly aligned on the track. Thank you guys. Look this place.

I'm surprised the ratings for this place. I honestly love coming here! Car looks great everytime I wash it! And it's never to busy, I've never hit a line with the membership. Sad to say I am moving soon and have to end my membership! You guys have to open one up in Pensacola!

They are good and punctual at their car wash

I love going to this car wash. Express is exactly what it is. You get in and out and the package I choose my car looks good and clean when I'm done. Service is wonderful. Customer Service is great. You can tell all about a business when you pull up and it's always packed. People are not going to spend their money where Service is bad and workers are rude. Tommy's Express us where you want to be if you're driving through Orland.

I’ve been coming to this car wash since it opened up and would come very often and about a week ago I went through the car wash and informed the workers that I had a bike rack attached to the back so they could make sure to set the correct settings for a hitch rack. Long story short, they had made a mistake and the carwash destroyed my Thule Aluminum bike rack. I’ve been through this carwash before with a bike rack and had no issues. Chris the manager working at the wash was very calm and attentive to me the entire time we were exchanging information for the claim process. Every single day Chris messaged me keeping me up to date with the process of the incident, and Chris was even able to get my bike rack replaced. I was very relieved seeing that this company could of easily used the excuse of saying that my bike rack isn’t apart of my car, and screw me over but they did the right thing which I think says SO much about the business. I was very upset about the incident but the care they put into making sure they had fixed their mistake made me feel like this business catered to their loyal local customers giving it that small business feel that is trustworthy and reliable. I honestly think if it wasn’t for Chris the manager making things right and making sure I was taken cared of by keeping contact with me during the entire claim process I would of NEVER returned to this car wash and would of made sure to NEVER recommend the car wash. I am truly impressed with this car wash business and their management especially since it’s a new business in the area. Thank you Tommy’s and thank you Chris! When I went to pick up the bike rack even the car wash employees were extremely attentive to me and even carried the new bike rack into my car and apologized themselves for the mistake the company made. Excellent customer service and I hope many years of success to come to the business.

My first time here and all I say is that I was offered an exceptional service. This is the best car wash I've been to in Illinois. Opted for the quality wash and it was worth the money, will definitely be back.

I drive a lifted truck, and we travel alot due to my husband's job. One of the things I dread most when we relocate is finding a car wash that can accommodate my truck. We felt so lucky when we found Tommy's car wash! Not only can they fit my truck they have free vacuums for everyone, and the highest wash package is only $40/month for unlimited washes! This is huge savings to you if you only go 2x a month! Also when you sign up the first month is only $19! (I think I saw on the sign the other day the first month is free when you sign up for a membership but I'm not sure how long that promotion will last, it was $19 for us)

Quick and easy. Bathroom accesible which was a huge plus when my blaster decide to fill up in an instant. Lol! Cool little car packs to help clean also for only $3. Great wash:)

Good car wash - it's new(ish) and seems to be really well maintained. I like the conveyor belt system, so you don't scuff up your rims. Friendly staff.

I’ve worked here for years and with Chris, one of the best managers I’ve worked under. I would recommend working here if you have a chance.

Saying goes you only get 1 time to make a first impression. My first experience at Tommy's was great! Robert, the attendant on duty, was all over checking on people in vacuuming area and showing people how to use the car mat washers. He stopped by to ask me if everything was ok as I was vacuuming. Free vaccums, free, car mat wash, & quality wash at good price. Definitely will be back!

After you sign up, is very easy to go and wash your car without even roll down your windows. The place is new, very clean sometimes looks empty no like other car wash that are pack of cars.

I really like this place they have awesome soap that really gets it clean place was all clean and neat price and it really is fast I'll be going again

went for the haunted car wash tonight and had so so much fun! got a date night and super clean car out of it, would highly reccomend!
