I've only been banking with UCB for about 1 year but I cannot say enough great things about how well the folks at the Lincoln branch, especially the Branch Manager Angie and the banker Jed, have treated me and my account. Anytime I have had an issue with my account - always my own fault, Angie has notified me of the problem and helped me work it out as best she can. I recommend UCB to everyone I know because of the great customer service I receive there and because of the wonderful checking account perks the company offers. Great job Angie, Jed and the rest of the Lincoln UCB family!

We started a new business and needed to find a place to do our banking. I went in and talked to Angie the local branch manager. She had us set up very quickly which was a big help for us! We have been in several times and everyone there has been very friendly and helpful!

Fast and friendly!

This bank is absolutely horrible. If you value your money stay away from it they lie and cheat you out of money. Plus you can’t get a call back from the person in charge not the branch manager she is incompetent so don’t waste your time there. I would have given it a no star but it wasn’t an option.
