The Great Escape Wilmette

I got introduced to the frogger to help maintain my hot tub. It seems like a great system and already have put it to use. Simple and easy to use. The sales person was a tremendous help. Thank you!

Just had a great experience at The Great Escape Wilmette. We stopped in yesterday to check out their hot tubs, saw a great selection and found our match (Catalina Napa). Randy in sales helped us and couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable about their product line which made the process fast and painless. We bought it and looking forward to our delivery in the next few weeks. That picture is me looking suave in one of the floor displays :)

I got there very nice deal on furniture and umbrella,
There was some problems during delivery but management of the store solved the problem in one day,

A solid 10. Micky is great to work with & easy to see why he’s the longtime Store Manager. We are repeat customers. We purchased a complete outdoor furniture set & cantilever umbrella from him in 2013. The umbrella started to fail end of last Summer. Anticipating a potential supply chain issue this season, we purchased a new larger cantilever umbrella this week. Smart move on our part as there were already 14 sold of 40 on order. We are very happy with the furnishings we purchased from Great Escape & will never go elsewhere.

Very helpful staff, this is the place to get your chemicals. They have many hot tubs to choose from and their customer service can't be beat. All kinds of backyard fun to choose from to make your dream backyard Oasis come true.

My experience with the store is always a 10 out of 10. All of the staff is incredibly patient and helpful. Specifically, Mickey has been unbelievable with spending so much time with me and my husband on purchasing our new patio set. We are extremely indecisive and have changed our mind many times. It has taken us 2 years to finally pull the trigger. Never did I feel pressured or that Mickey just wanted to make a sale. He just wanted to make sure that I was happy with whatever I got. Over the last two years of looking, the only thing I ever purchased was spa chemicals and two Adirondacks. It never stopped him from always being attentive. I clearly was not the biggest client, but I always felt like I was. I look forward to shopping at the store and purchasing other patio furniture for the rest of home over the next year. I wouldn’t go to any other store. I hope the company understands what an asset Mickey is along with all of the other staff at this location.

Mickey was helpful in showing me all alternatives based on my questions and wants to settle on the set that I bought. He helped me find tables that were not part of the original sofa/chair set. The sales process was easy and they had it in stock and it was delivered in less than one week. They had great choices in the store.

We couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. David was extremely knowledgable and sold us on the hot tub that was right for us. This was our first time shopping at The Great Escape; based on this experience, it probably won't be our last. A+

We had a bad experience elsewhere in making a big purchase and came here hoping to get a better idea of what our options were. Randy really took the time to explain everything and made sure that we didn’t leave with any uncertainty or questions. I will definitely be recommending this location and Randy specifically going forward.

Our experience was great--we were able to find a simple dining set for our small patio, and the salesperson answered our questions about storage and durability as we were making our decision. The installation crew was on time and efficient, too!

Awesome selection of patio furniture and very knowledgeable staff to answer any question you might have. I fully enjoyed the time I spent with my salesperson, who went above and beyond to assist me with picking out just the right set for our family. We could not be happier with our new patio furniture! :)

Working with Dave, the manager at this location, is such a pleasure! I live in Hoffman Estates and I will continue to go all the way to the Wilmette location as long as Dave is there. The Great Escape is terrific.

My wife and I have been talking and planning to update and replace our patio furniture for several years.

Last year we visited The Great Escape hoping to change our outside dining table. We were shown many different settings. They spent the time with us so we were very certain we would enjoy our choice. And we do!

This year we wanted to set up a seating and entertaining area. We went back to The Great Escape. Again we were provided with professional assistance and are delighted with all the services they have shared with us.

everyone we have ever dealt with has been nothing but wonderful! amazing service, even when a table was delivered damaged they took it back, and made sure it was ordered that day. Manufacturers maybe to blame on delay, but the staff of Great Escape is exceptional!
