From the very first contact with Michelle through the final purchase of our new mattress she was amazing. Very quick to respond to any messages or questions we had. The fact that you get the whole showroom to your self to test out what is available was awesome as well. Listened to any concerns we had and pointed us to the right mattress for our needs. Will definitely recommend her to anyone I know needing a new mattress. She even threw in a free mattress protector. We couldn't be happier with her service and our purchase.

Michele was very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. She explains the payment plans she has to offer from the start, no hidden fees! She will gladly state prices for you and will listen to your preferences on a mattress and she’ll recommend what she thinks will be a best fit. She was even kind enough to meet my partner half way to deliver our mattress since we weren’t able to take it at the time of purchase. On top of all that, we also received a free mattress topper!

I had a great experience with Mattress by Appointment in Plainfield. Originally I went into the store and In error I purchased a full size mattress for my guest bedroom. I contacted Michelle and she assured me no worries. Less than 24hrs later on a Sunday morning they came to my home delivering a queen mattress and returning the full size. Excellent Customer Service!

Michele was great to work with! She went above and beyond to help my daughter, find the perfect mattress at such an affordable price. Super kind people. Didn't try to update me in fact they tried to save me money. Michelle even had toys on site for my kiddo to play with while I tried out the mattress. Michelle tried to save me money. She even showed me what was in stock and told me up front what everything ran and even made sure I had the right size bed. She made sure I knew how to setup my platform boxspring even though it had instructions in it. I highly recommend 👌

I would highly recommend mattress by appointment to anyone ! It was pretty much a straight forward buying unlike with other stores that I have a tendency to get overwhelmed by unnecessary choices . I came in and was greeted warmly ! Keep up the great work !

My husband and i went and purchased a king matress with a frame. The process was so easy and we layed on all matresses they had there to see which was a good feel. With the help of Michelle and her husband we were able to pick the perfect matress. We purchased about 2 weeks ago and we have been sleeping so good ever since. I have recommended them to family and friends already.

I had a good experience at this store, my husband and I walked in there at night. I thought we wasn’t gonna get the mattress that night; the people was so nice and made everything easy. I was able to check the mattress and picked the one we like all within an hour.
