Rainforest Cafe

We celebrated our son's birthday here.
I had previously read not very good reviews about the service and food, but everyone praised the atmosphere and interior. We went for this cafe without any special expectations, just to have an interesting place for the child.
As a result: the service was very good, fast, the child was congratulated on his birthday from the cafe. The food was really tasty and the drinks too. The interior is very unusual, my son was delighted. We were all very pleased! Thank you!

This place was so kool and unique. Loved all the decor in there. Great for kids and adults. Love that if you get a drink you get a souvenir cup. I had the shrimp tacos and they were bomb! Only problem was on the kids menu the pics are not what you get (big disappointment for kids). The staff was nice and friendly. Easy to find in the mall and plenty of space inside

We had a great time, decor is awesome! Our servers were good! I liked everything we ate except Anaconda pasta, I personally did not like boiled tomatoes. But rest of all was too yummy fish and chips, taco, kids pizza, platter, chicken nuggets & Alfredo pasta from kids menu, cheetah Rita & beers, apple juice for kids.

I loved how it looked on inside and outside. They people there were really nice and the food, it was soooo good. It's definitely worth the amount you spend there. It's a little pricy but 100% worth it. You can take your kids there as well, and they get little cups you can take home. For my birthday I got the free glass to take home.

We came on a weekday and were quickly seated & served. So much nostalgia dining here as adults lol. I had the Fish tacos, a side order of Coconut Shrimp, a Mongoose Mai Tai (comes w/ souvenir glass), & Key Lime pie for dessert. Everything was delicious, would def recommend.. especially if you got lil ones to enjoy all the crazy animals!

Had a nice lunch here with my family. Enjoyed the ambiance and the food was pretty good. Received a souvenir glass since I ordered a margarita. Our server was prompt and polite. Would return again.

This place is great for the entire family. My expectations were low regarding the food but it was actually pretty good! Service was great and the kids had an amazing time. Will be back!

First time here, love the environment. Food was delicious.i got the chicken fried chicken. It was a lot of food. Maybe too much. They give you 2 big pieces of chicken. We were from out of town so I could no take any leftovers so Alot of the food got wasted.

Quick getaway for late lunch and decided to pop on in! Ordered the Arugula Flatbread and it was AMAZING!! They also had my wine. Bar staff was SO friendly and attentive! Highly recommend!! See you again soon!! 😊

Took my nephew for his 3rd birthday, had so much fun! I'll be honest, I've been told the food wasn't the best anymore...we loved everything.

My daughter got the chicken quesadilla and I could've eaten that...it was SO GOOD. I got the nacho appetizer for a meal (I could've split this with everyone and still had leftovers) and again, so good. Good flavor and lots of toppings. However I was not crazy about the salsa that it came with, oh well! My nephew loved his hotdog and my sister got the Rasta Pasta and I think that's what I may have to get the next time!

I've gone to Rainforest since I was a kid and always loved it so much, such a fun experience. I was sad that my 3, almost 4 year old daughter was PETRIFIED of the rain storm and when the monkeys got going (we were sat RIGHT in front of the monkeys) but hopefully next time will be different!

Our server was amazing, he was very attentive. They sang Happy Birthday (their version) to my Nephew and it was too cute!

Great experience, great food, great atmosphere! Will definitely be back!

As expected the atmosphere had a lot of children.

Great for kids. The food was similar to like a chilis but my niece loved it and I love there’s a place like this to take the kids. I had the beef fajitas and they were good. The burgers looked really good. The service was amazing. I think I had like 5 soda refills and our waitress brought them before I was finished and asked our waitress asked about 3 times during our meal if we were okay which I appreciated a lot .They also made us balloon animals which was a nice touch. The balloon animals are free but of course tips are recommended.

I loved our Rainforest Cafe experience. We stopped through with about 40 people. Mostly kids. They had a family style arrangement for us. The kids loved it so much. The atmosphere and decor is amazing. Service was great!

Brought the family here for their first time. My 4 year old liked the atmosphere alot. Maybe a little bit too distracting for him, the service was good, average wait time. Clean facility. Very good Food! Good restaurant overall. Definitely a place to check out if you haven't been to one before.

Don't get out to this place as much as I'd love to bring my boys here more often but a real treat indeed for the entire family.

Plenty of gifts at the shop and good all around menu if not a bit pricy in which case prices have gone up over the last year or so. But then again it's the atmosphere you're paying for.

Have never sat at the bar but definitely have to get a sleek cocktail whenever I pop in and cool cups for the kids.

Fun atmosphere that's always kept clean & sanitized, good quality food and friendly service will keep me coming back but it's my kids who I wanna keep smiling.

Although I asked for no cheese on my burger, I still loved my experience. Thank you for fixing that so quickly!

My sister and I went to this restaurant yesterday as it was her favorite as a child and I wanted to celebrate her! The food was fantastic! She got the Rasta Pasta and said it was the best pasta she’s had in a long time. We had some fun drinks and just an overall fantastic time. The staff was incredibly kind to us. Our server was Joseph and he consistently made sure we were enjoying our meal. My sister and I had ordered some drinks to get the souvenir cup as a memory of our childhood and there was some confusion about it on our end. Both Jospeh and Lisa (I assume the manager) were incredibly patient and accommodating to our silly requests, but it truly made all the difference. We had a wonderful time making memories and are hoping it becomes a more frequent trip!!

My family and I had a great time celebrating our youngest daughter’s 10th birthday here. We drove 90min just to have her special dinner here and make a weekend of it in Gurnee. Special thanks to Andre making our dinner experience real special. This place was SO much fun! And the food and drinks were great! Highly recommend their special, Bimini Chicken!
