I ADOREThis 😍unbelievable😍 gas ⛽ station turned supermarket, winery 🍷 , electric charging station, car 🚗 cleaning 🧹, mini breakfast 🍳 , coffee ☕ and ice cream 🍨 hub all in 1!

I was at the station Sun 9/25/22 at around 1235pm. I mentioned this only because the young man who was working there greeted every customer that came in asked them how their day was going , thanked them for coming in and unfortunately he didn't have a name tag so I couldn't Point him out by name in this post specifically. Whoever owns this gas station you have somebody there that's an asset to your company. You should see who worked today and give him a pat on the back...add maybe a raise as it is rare to come across a young man like that. I am considering going back and getting his name ...as I might have a different career path to offer someone who takes enormous pride (no pun intended) in their job.

Look at your recent reviews as I assure you it wasn't this employee rubbing customers the wrong way.

Cannot say enough for the kindness of Shannon and Erin, on the staff. When my daughter was low on gas, she pulled in, and realized she had left her wallet at home - 50 miles away. She called me, and I told her I would send a photo of my credit card, and maybe the staff could enter the numbers by hand. Unfortunately, their system doesn't permit that, but Shannon and Erin gave Miranda cash from their own pockets, enough to get her home. There are angels among us! Thank you so much!

Free air and free vacuum. Has a Pepsi Spire machine for custom soda mixes. Prices inside are a little higher than average gas station, but inside is very nice. Also has breakfast. The Iced Samoan Coffee is a really good treat.

A very friendly station for a morning stop, for example. Fresh coffee as well as tasty fresh pastries. Affordable prices and very friendly service.

Free air for your car tires! Seriously the best! Also a great location to get gas and is always clean.

Normally nothing but kind friendly employees at this location.
This week it all disappeared.
Twice this week I was meet with extreme rudeness by 2 different employees
First on Monday morning, Sept 19th the cashier was extremely mad at the lottery machine because he couldn't figure out how to reload the printer. This employee was scream, yelling , cursing (F Bombs) while slamming the printer all over the counter. This maniac continued to take his frustrations out on me and other customers. This dude should have been taken away in a White Jacket.
Second, today, Wednesday Sept 21 the cashier through a fit because I used 2 paper cups for my coffee,
Where is the sweet elderly Lady that is normally there, she brightens everyone's morning.

Gas always overpriced.
Foods overpriced.
Service is bad.
Parking lot is a disaster.

No soap or water in any buckets by gas pumps to clean windshield. Went in to buy Cuban sandwiches at attached restaurant inside. Woman is cleaning floor there tells me restaurant just closed.
Noon on a Saturday.

Won’t be back.

Price at the register is different than what is on the shelf. 1.20 difference. I told the cashier and this kid was rude. Cussing at me and my husband. I asked to speak to manager and the kid started getting angry and swearing. Then he said we are banned from thay gas station? Really because i didnt want them stealing from me? That place is a joke. Dont go there unless you want to be given the worst customer service ever. To say this is the pride of feneva is a joke. This place is an embarrassment of geneva. Also check the price on the shelf before you buy it and then make sure thats what they are ringing up because this store is trying to steal from customers and management doesnt even care....

What's the point in cleaning your store if your employees won't wear masks. Nothing screams safe and clean like watching employees clean a pop machine without a mask while coughing.

Pride in st Charles is much safer. Geneva pride has been like this all pandemic.
