K-Med Pharmacy

Really love this pharmacy. Got my booster and a PCR test here. Both great experiences. I was able to schedule online easily and complete the necessary paperwork ahead of time. They gave me text reminders and confirmation which was so convenient. Didn’t have to wait long for either. Have already recommended KMED to friends and family. Hope you choose them and have as great of an experience as I have!

With the shortage in covid tests I had to go a little bit out of my way to schedule an appointment here. However, the experience was really smooth. In and out in less than 5 minutes and the comprehensive PCR test report was emailed later that night. All in all a very positve experience.

I’ve previously used K-Med to purchase vitamins, but I recently needed to fill a new prescription for my dog and was in need of a vaccination for myself. I gave K-Med a call and was able to speak directly with the pharmacist Abe. He advised I could walk in and they would be able to accommodate both needs at the same time. I went the next day, walked right in and was able to take care of both. There was no wait at all and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My prescription was ready for me to pick-up and Abe himself administered the vaccine. I was also informed that for future refills of my prescription that they would be happy to mail or deliver it to me for free to save me the trip. K-Med is a great pharmacy with friendly, professional & knowledgeable staff. I’ll happily continue to give them my business and would definitely recommend their services to everyone!

I needed to get a COVID test and registered with K-Med Pharmacy. I was able to be get a test same day and the process of testing itself was so easy and fast - in and out in less than five minutes! I also felt very safe with testing happening outside with good airflow and staff sanitizing after each patient.

I had a smooth, efficient visit for a Covid PCR test. Process was easy and staff was very helpful & kind. My experience was a bright spot during a time of anxiety and concern. As a symptomatic patient, this visit gave me support and confidence in the results of the test. John was pleasant and empathetic. I will always remember his kindness and K-Med's care during an extremely difficult experience!

Got a Covid test there yesterday, just a regular one not rapid. It was super easy to set my appointment up online, wasn’t at the actual place for more than 5 minutes getting swabbed, and I got my result later last night! My fiancé went to a different place Monday to get a Covid test and he STILL hasn’t gotten his result from it! So I definitely recommend KMed if you are in a bind needing a result fast.

I can only imagine the challenges faced each day by the team at K-Med, and yet, these challenges are hidden when it comes to customer service. Kindness, helpfulness, and a well-organized testing process made this a positive experience and a location I highly recommend if you are in need of testing.

Edit: I had to move for work and I miss K-Med pharmacy so much! I have never felt inclined to send an update on a review I posted 2 years ago but with K-Med I do!! Personalized service, pharmacists are so friendly, and you are always greeted when you come in. If you travel for work, I highly recommend coming here! They always worked with me to get me what I needed. This business is the perfect example of why you should support your local, small business and stop going to your big chain pharmacies. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

I have been employed in the pharmacy industry for the past 6 years. Working at K-Med Pharmacy as been by far the best pharmacy I have had the pleasure of working for. Not only are my co-workers amazing, but they support the personalized customer care I have always thought lacked in large chain pharmacies. Two of the best pharmacists in town working at a welcoming and friendly environment. When it comes to filling your prescriptions, look no further. I have had the pleasure of working with K-Med since they opened in Kalamazoo. I'm always welcomed by the staff and they are willing go above and beyond my needs. Myself and my family have our prescription needs met with K-Med and the best part is there are no long lines to wait in. When you visit this pharmacy you are guaranteed to made feel like a friend and not just a customer!!

Easy online scheduling, kind staff, needed test for my daughter for work. She was comfortable, and said it was quick, and efficient. Fast turn around had test results in 6 hours.

Me and my Husband had the best experience. They were very helpfull when we needed it most and everybody else just said no its not posible K-med made it posible. We got our covid tests back in time to catch our flight. I will recomand them everytime. You guys are awesume.

I was referred to K-Med Pharmacy by a very good friend who also happened to work there, and so far I have not been disappointed. The prices here are unbeatable, and all of my prescriptions are half the price I was originally paying at a different pharmacy. Everyone here has always been incredibly friendly to me as well!

Thank you for being available to administer mine and my husband’s Covid tests so quickly . Although we take precautions seriously and we’re vaccinated against Covid we learned our friend who we visited a few days ago had developed symptoms and had a positive test for the Covid virus. This was in spite of her being vaccinated and taking precautions seriously!
The news came as a shock to us that we were potentially exposed and needed to be tested. To find a local site so quickly online and to schedule testing so easily and quickly really helped to allay our anxiety! Thankful a caring and available healthcare worker was at the ready and providing the most reliable (PCR) test. Where would our society be during this pandemic without the commitment and dedication of healthcare professionals to public health? I am afraid to even imagine the answer to that question. Thank you to the kind gentleman who gave us our test under a tent out in the cool weather-we thank you for your service!

Had a covid test at the Kzoo location on Drake. Jad was awesome! He had a great sense of humor and made the experience much better! I haven't laughed that hard in quite a while. Quick service and very professional! I highly recommend! *update: I received my results in 23:55 hours of my appointment! That's impressive!

We were referred to K-Med by our GP and absolutely love them. They have gone above and beyond to help us from the start. You will find customer service alive and well here!

They are always friendly, attentive, informative, and professional; that said, I have received a dose of humor when in need.

For a new pharmacy in town, their service is exceptional. The staff is very friendly and they are a lot faster than any other pharmacy I've been to. I will definitely be coming here again and would recommend them in a heart beat.

The online form made scheduling a same day covid test super easy. The test is self administered, but a staff member walks you through the process. Shoutout to Jad, who was funny and explained everything nicely, making the process a lot more comfortable 👍
