We had a very rough experience overall. Delivery dates were delayed multiple times waiting for our furniture to arrive. Once we finally got the furniture there were scratch marks and the headboard smelled of dead fish. After reaching out to the owner as well as the store for several weeks they offered to send us a replacement. They claimed the replacement headboard was from the manufacturer and even the movers agreed it had a smell. When confronting the owner about our situation he was very combative and unprofessional. Unfortunately we have to return the entire bedset and at a loss due to the owner's restocking fee policy.

This company posted some of their furniture on OfferUp. I offered to pay the asking price, and it was approved. I drove over an hour to this store to pick up the item, only to be told it was sold the night before. I was messaging with the Lux Furniture OfferUp page manager, this morning. Nothing was stated to me that it had been sold. I could have saved myself over 2 hours of driving, if they had simply told me it was sold the night before. Nothing wrong if something is sold, just let your customers know so they don’t waste their time. They tried offering other items, I was interested in one, but they would not drop their price by $10 to make up for the inconvenience on their behalf. Overall, just disappointed that they wouldn’t simply communicate and be honest.

was very disrespectful and the furniture smell like dead fish it took them a month to even try to get a new one. even the new one smelled like dead fish as well i never purchase for them again
