The owner, Michael, from start to finish was so easy to work with when renting a storage space. I appreciated that he was prompt in answering all my questions. It’s a convenient location for McKendree students at a reasonable price. My son and his roommates rented for the Summer and everything was clean and dry when they moved back to school in August. Great storage place! Owner Michael is an exceptional person to work with, made everything easy, would highly recommend. Unit was dry and bug free, easy access. Elderly friend had to move to nursing home and I stored her stuff there from Feb.- July 2021. 5 Stars!

Was able to move thing into the storage unit very quickly, the unit was super nice and clean. Was never worried about my things being there. Quick response to any question I had.. highly recommended. ☺

I had to move my daughter out of the local university and not wanting to trek all of her belongings home to NJ I did some research online and contacted a few places. Mike was quick to respond, easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. Anytime I had a question whether it was regarding the unit or my account did not delay communication. Being a first time storage unit Renter and not being able to figure out how to open it he was willing to come on sight to assist until I was able to figure it out. He is fair, honest and the best rates around. I look forward to working with him again at the end of the spring semester again.
