Great food and friendly people. Great indoor/ outdoor space when they open the front garage doors. Steve is awesome and has an awesome place!

You feel like family, super awesome service and the food is always amazing!! Love the upscale twists on the food 😊 definitely my hometown fav!!...UPDATE...still love Poison Ivy one of my local favs 😍 they never disappoint with food or service. Oh and pics are not ad food arrives I almost forgot to take them, in short food will arrive much prettier than featured in my pics lol 😆

Took my wife out to dinner, the food was amazing, we’ve been coming here for almost 20 years and will continue to do so! Great food, great atmosphere, nice job Steve!!!

Love this place. The owner and his significant other are two of the nicest people my husband and I know. Don has known them way longer than me, used to own homes near each other, and since I came on the scene have welcomed me into the fold quickly and warmly. Just as important, they treat every customer with kindness, care and family.

The food... the food and options are out of this world! High end, high quality, definitely a huge step up from most pubs. Unique options with lots of flavor. Would like a few more veggie options but they do now offer Beyond Burgers (and cooked perfectly). Tons and tons of seafood, steak, chicken and salads to pick from. Love the fun and festive alcoholic options as well as your standard drinks. Live music on the weekends.

Update 08/16/2020: Steve keeps running a classy place with amazing food and staff. He takes care of everyone, and treats you like your his best friend. Sara is amazing, sweet, probably one of the kindest people I have meet, ever. Glad Covid didn't take this favorite place out. Bonus time... they hire local, and allow everyone a chance to learn, grow, and be without drama. Thank you!!!

Fantastic food and great variety of beer/cocktails. The service was stellar (friendly and accommodating server) and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. Such a quant and cute little place. We stumbled upon this place and I highly recommend it!

Sarah was great, and the Italian beef Mac and cheese is the single best thing I've ever eaten I'm my whole life. Come on down!

I had the baked cod. It tasted more like halibut than cod. I think it was the best baked cod I have had.

There was only 2 people working at the bar and on the serving floor but they were phenomenal and made it work! Great place to go for a drink, to listen to some live music, or a meal. Definitely would recommend Poison Ivy Pub & will forsure be back.

Love Poison Ivy! Service is great - food is excellent! I had the wagyu burger with sweet potato fries - favorite burger in the surrounding area. Hubs ordered the Wasabi chicken wrap with steak fries - excellent. We both had left overs. Highly recommend!

All the food that came out looked delicious. I settled on the chicken garden salad with bleu cheese dressing. Everything was fresh and tasty and the bleu cheese had a nice tangy flavor. The bartenders/ wait staff were kind, helpful and friendly. I definitely will return to try some of the delicious meals I watched come out of the kitchen, especially their homemade pizza.

I just enjoyed THE best brandy old fashioned made by Sarah. The grilled cheese and fries are to die for!! Sitting outside enjoying the fresh air!! Great place to enjoy a Sunday afternoon!!

Sara and the owner were very friendly and attentive! The drinks and food were amazing. I had the Bloody Mary with all the things in it! The slider was the best I’ve ever had! The cheese curds were Amazing! This place has a friendly Chicago vibe! I absolutely loved this place and will be back every time I’m in town!!

I was very impressed. This was our first visit and I will definitely be coming back. I had the Italian Beef Panini with sweet potato fries. This sandwich was Huge, the meat was tender, and the bread was amazing! My friend got the Roscoe Beer Burger and said it was very good!
The inside, I was told, has been remodeled and has garage doors which will be nice this summer.

Awesome Bruschetta and homemade sauce. Bloody Mary's are loaded. And met the owner. Great food

Food is always great! We have never had bad food. Sarah did a phenomenal job being bartender/waitress.

I enjoyed a prosciutto with grilled peaches sandwich but was surprised at the up charge for standard fries with the meal. Will read more carefully next time. I've been a fan of this place for years.

This place is absolutely amazing. I just moved to town and was looking for a place on St Patty's Day when I stumbled across their Facebook page. I am happy I did. The staff is warm and welcoming and the food is outstanding. The owner greeted me and had a conversation for a bit which was just the icing on the cake. If you want great food and a great atmosphere this is the place to go. I will be watching many of Cubs games here as well due to the vast amount of TVs and game audio is available.

The food was good but very much on the pricey side. Nice atmosphere, but be mindful they do not accommodate small children. Our 2 year old granddaughter had to sit on my lap the entire meal, which was not an ideal situation. Our waitress, however, was absolutely wonderful!

Food is pretty good, I like the atmosphere as well. I will visit again in the future.

Great service and atmosphere. Drinks were strong and tasty. Food came fast and tasted good. Definitely worth a visit or two 😁
