Absolutely loved my stay here. The rooms are super clean and spacious, the wifi is good and the room has an amazing view of downtown St. Louis and the Arch. Taylor was super friendly and changed our checkout time to 12 since we were attending for a work conference. The restaurants located inside of the hotel are also super good too and the Arch is literally right outside of the hotel, maybe a 50 second walk. 10/10 experience.

Reserved a room for Billy Joel concert, I had inadvertantly used a 3rd party site to reserve, even though I thought I reserved thru hyatt directly,, concert was moved to a different day last minute do to weather. Reached out online and was told that since it was a 3rd party reservation they couldnt move my reservation, I finally managed to get through directly to the hotel I was reserved with and they moved my reservation with no issue!!! Every employee I dealt with from that call to our stay were very freindly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable! I would give them 20 starts for service if I could!

We were road tripping back home from visiting family in Chicago and stayed at Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch. General Manager Chris and Fran went over and above to make our stay extra special for our daughter's birthday, and gave us tips on places to go with kids. Everyone was kind and helpful from valet, to bell service, to front desk! Highly recommend this hotel that provides outstanding service! It's also right there at the bottom of the Gateway Arch with amazing views!

This is a great hotel within walking distance of the Arch and the St. Louis Cardinals if you want to catch a game. The only draw back we had was we drove a 15 passenger van and the parking is at the ball stadium (half mile walk) and disclaimers to not have security overnight. So, if you are planning a group trip with an oversized vehicle, the hotel garage cannot accommodate.

I really did enjoy my stay here. The staff was awesome and helpful. It started with the valet gentleman, Sir. He was very hellpful and answered my questions, and if he couldnt he found someone who could. Next, Bonnie the man who checked me in. He helped me get the perfect room and I was very pleased with it. The room was perfect with a view of the arch. It was very comfy and the bed was very comfortable. Perfect spot if looking for a short walk to the arch.

This is a beautiful property with amazing views of the Arch. We were there to view the property for an upcoming event so we probably seen more of the hotel than we normally would. Didn't get a chance to visit the steakhouse but we sure will next trip!

Location is the big sell here. Literally right across the street from the Arch. Rooms are outdated but clean. Hotel itself has a luxurious feel and the staff were accommodating. Only stayed 1 night but will definitely stay again next time in STL

Miss OK at the breakfast buffet is so friendly, she is very kind and nice. Hotel is also amazing and easy to go anywhere. Baseball game is great, central park is the best.

The valet is a little weird but was able to figure it out. Pick up is in the basement. The room was small but I had a great view of the Arch and Mississippi River. Around the building was clean and felt very safe walking around in the morning and evening. Starbucks was fast and easy.

Could not be happier with this hotel. My 20 year old daughter had a reservation at the Embassy and they turned her away because she was not 21, which was not mentioned at the time of reservation. She was 2 hours from home at 1am in the morning. I called here told them the situation they not only took her in but told me not to worry they had 24 hour security and that she was in good hands. The lady I spoke with at the front desk was extremely friendly and very professional. The room was nice and clean and this momma was happy her daughter got a good night's sleep!

Be sure to book a room facing the Arch! Provides a wonderful view and great photo opportunities by day and night! However, the French double beds are quite narrow for two people...the staff were very accommodating.

Best spot to stay and enjoy the Gateway Arch the fullest. Only a few steps away, the convience couldn't be beat! Attentive service, good beds and despite the high self park garage at $36/night, it was worthwhile after a tiring day of sightseeing. Upgrade for the arch room was a little disappointing
Great photos from the window, but the blinds in the room hung low and cut a lot of the view when sitting on the bed. Too bad since you're paying for the upgrade and want to see the whole arch.

We love this hotel. It is adjacent to The Arch National Park. We even had a wonderful view of The Arch from the window in our room. Everything here is first class.

We stayed here for a overnight trip as we were passing through cross country. The Hyatt Regency @ The Arch was beautiful inside, easy access to the couple of restaurants inside the hotel as well as Starbucks. The vallet were very welcoming, helpful and attentive and the young lady who brought our car to us was very sweet and fast @ 4:00 in the morning. Liz @ checkin was so nice, informative and made the check-in process so quick and easy all done within 5mins. We even got our room upgraded to room 1824( great view of the Arch and city). We had to check out very early, where there was a box to drop off our keys. I never done this before and wasn't sure how it worked so while on the road I called to make sure our check-out was good. Jim was very nice and informed me it was already taken care of! I highly recommend this Hyatt and if I ever get back to St. Louis I will definitely stay here!!

We love this hotel! Friendly staff. Only issue was the sheets on the beds. They were so stiff, you made noise every time you moved at night.

Right now (June 2024) there is a lot of construction around the building which made parking nearby difficult but that was the only problem with this location. Great service, great facility. I strongly recommend this hotel for business travelers

You can't beat the location—literally across the street from Gateway Arch park. I stayed in the junior suite, which is pretty spacious, but the hotel itself feels old and a bit run-down. The AC was kinda noisy too. Ruth's Chris Steak House is just okay, not really worth the price in my opinion. The Red Kitchen does a decent breakfast though.

My partner and I take four trips a year, and this time it was her turn to plan our adventure. She's ticking off places I want to visit during my lifetime, and for the second part of our trip, we stayed at the Hyatt Regency at the Arch because she knew how much I wanted to see the Arch.

Upon arrival, we discovered our prepaid upgraded room had been given away, and we were left with a double queen with a partial Arch view. With no other options, we took the room on the 15th floor, which unfortunately smelled of cigarette smoke. However, the outstanding customer service we received made up for the initial hiccups and truly made our stay memorable.

**Special shoutouts to the amazing staff:**

1. **Jakyah** - At just 21 years old, she was incredibly helpful, nice, funny, and kind. She promptly called housekeeping to address the smoke smell in our room.

2. **Mel** - Having been in the US for just a month from the Philippines, Mel was the first guest services rep we dealt with. She was very easy to work with and did her best to ensure our comfort, even coordinating with the manager, Liz, to rectify the room situation.

3. **Tayla** - Though we mostly communicated over the phone, Tayla was always positive, kind, and welcoming, making us feel acknowledged and cared for.

4. **Dorian** - He read all the notes and made the necessary changes, eventually moving us to a corner suite to make up for the mix-up. Dorian handled the busy front desk with grace and focus, ensuring our needs were met.

5. **Victoria** - A server at the Hyatt restaurant, she is an artist and farmer at heart. Victoria was cool to talk to and provided excellent service.

6. **I'Oaki** (spelling might be off) - She served us breakfast on our first morning and was amazing, cool to talk to, and patient.

7. **Tasha** - The manager of the Hyatt restaurant, Tasha was nice and accommodating.

8. **The Bellman** (unsure of his name) - He helped us move to our new room, provided us with valuable information about the locale, and was truly awesome.

9. **Ben** - Possibly his name, he was like our concierge at the restaurant on our first night at the Brew house historical sports bar. Ben was patient, kind, joyful, and paid great attention to detail, making us feel special and well-cared for.

Despite the initial issues with our room, the staff's exceptional service turned our stay into a 5-star experience. The Hyatt Regency at the Arch may be an older hotel with some signs of wear, but the beautiful lobby and fantastic team make it a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend!
