I very rarely give a full 5 star review, but this was well deserved. We stayed here 2 nights for a concert. The location is fantastic. It was just about a 10 minute walk to Dome at America's Center, Bush stadium is even closer, and the Arch is right across the street.

The room was very clean, and we had no issues. There's a single serving coffee pot, a small microwave, and a really small refrigerator, plenty of pillows, and a comfortable bed. We never had any issues with sounds of neighbors in their rooms or in the halls. Plus, we were lucky enough to get one of the rooms with a glorious view. Even with the hotel being full from concert goers, we never had a long wait for elevators. Parking isn't cheap, but it was very secure, just a little tightly spaced. Not priced higher than other hotels we've stayed at, and we've parked in similar spaces, so no complaints about that.

Breakfast and dinner were included. Neither is anything fancy, but both were pretty good and better than most continental breakfasts. Dinner even included 3 alcoholic drinks, though from a limited but decent selection. The service in the dining area and at the desk was amazing. On par with being on a cruise ship. Things were stocked quickly, used dishes were cleared immediately, nothing was allowed to run out, and ALL of the staff were ALWAYS smiling and very friendly. They also have a small but very well stocked convenience store.

I loved our stay at this hotel and would absolutely stay there again! I would not hesitate to recommend it. The pictures are the view from our room - 940. Most rooms don't have this view, but we booked several months early and got very lucky.

We were in town to see the Brewers play the Cardinals. Great location for the 2 block walk to the ballpark. The breakfast and kickback were a hit. The staff from the moment we checked in, to the moment we checked out was outstanding and very helpful. The manager at Kickback even gave us Brewer fans some good nature ribbing about losing 2 out of 3 games to the Cardinals. If back in town, will definitely stay here again. Only wished the observation deck opened at 6 a.m. during June, July, and August to see the sunrise with the Arch.

Awesome customer service provided from the entire STAFF. We appreciated the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to be helpful. The location next to the Arch is a bonus. We knew about the free breakfast but the complimentary meals in the evening were an added surprise. The quality, taste and freshness of the food was especially right up there or better than with any good restaurant. The staff is constantly cleaning the dining area and providing fresh food. Rooms are cool, Beds are cozy and Showers are warm and refreshing. WE SHALL RETURN.

Stayed at the Drury when our concert was postponed by 2 days. We booked the hotel due to the location and other reviews. It did not disappoint!!
- Loved that the arch was 2 blocks away.
- Loved happy hour, free adult beverages, and lovely food served of an evening
- Breakfast options were great. Coffee was strong & hot and there was a lot of space for people to sit.
- Loved that the 2 queen bed room was big enough for 3 friends on a weekend trip!
- Loved the quick walk to Busch Stadium.
- Loved the customer service at the hotel. Brent went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! All of the employees seemed happy and were happy to be working there and genuinely wanted us to have a good experience. Chris was a rockstar popcorn maker. I’ve had popcorn at many a ball park all over this great nation we live in…. His popcorn is by far some of the best I’ve had!!!
- Loved that we felt safe at all times at the hotel, parking garage, and walking around downtown.
- Loved that the hotel gave us a concert goodie bag! So thoughtful!!!

Be prepared for the $26 per day parking fee. Parking garage was close and secure.

Beds were comfortable. The hotel and our room were very clean.

Keep up the good work Drury and crew!

All around great place! My family of 5 took a road-trip to see our team play on the road! 5 minute walk to Busch Stadium! Steps from the arch! Great service, great breakfast, free happy hour drinks, great pool/hot tub, and patio looking at the arch! Would recommend to anyone! Go Brewers!

Stayed here on our cross country trip. The other reason we stayed here was because my wife wanted to go up in the Gateway Arch on her birthday and the hotel was within walking distance. This hotel chain is excellent with the food and drink available in the evening and the breakfast provided in the mornings. We had another nice stay here and will be staying at the Drury Hotel in Cleveland. Keep up the great work!!

Place was very nice. Right next to the arch and very close to Busch Stadium. The staff was kind and easy to work with. Rooms were very big and clean. Only thing that would be nice is parking in the same building but the parking was easy to work around as the place was across the corner from the property. Would stay there again.

I am not one to normally post a review. We travel frequently and stay and varies levels of hotel. The Drury is definitely top of our list. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and we slept very well. The food was good and there was a great variety. We moved down the street to stay a more expesive hotel for a wedding. We miss the Drury already. This place pales in comparison.

Great location, easy walk to the Arch. We got an upper floor Arch view room, view was wonderful. Food was great. Parking was a block away in another lot which was a bummer but getting in/out was easy. Pool, hot tubs, and balcony were beautiful but pool was overcrowded with a bus load of high schoolers on Saturday evening. Overall it was great and we would stay here again.

Wonderful one night at this property while on cross country drive.
While it was pricier than had we stayed in the suburbs, the location and service made it worth the cost. We were able to walk to all that we wanted to see and it IS right at the arch. We could see it from one of our windows, although some rooms may not have a view of it at all. Just walk outside and turn right at the corner and there it is LOL
Lovely outdoor observation deck on the 8th floor adjacent to its indoor pool. Deck had lots of seating and a great view of downtown.
More than ample complimentary breakfast and an evening meal that we unfortunately could not make due to our later arrival.
Bed very comfortable, bathroom large with the sink area outside from toilet and tub.
Despite it being in a busy area, we were not bothered by noise.
Parking is in an attached garage at a cost of $30. Spaces are VERY tight so keep that in mid if you do have a larger vehicle.
We were there when there was not a baseball game so that may affect noise and crowds etc.

Where to start, professionalism at its finest and customer service through the roof. Kim at the bar to Jack & Amanda at the front desk and Denise & Michelle in the kitchen. Felt like home away from home. Strongly recommend this establishment. Will definitely return when we’re in town. Thank you guys

Fantastic service. When we checked into our first room, we found some issues with our room. We went downstairs to change rooms and the service member was so kind and accommodated us. TJ(DJ sorry if it is incorrect) was a wonderful part of why we stayed and didn’t leave. He was so kind and apologetic and it wasn’t even his fault! We travel often and if we need to change rooms, the hotel just changes them, but TJ went above and beyond to accommodate and help us feel welcome. Breakfast was hot and freshly made. The kickback was so busy, but the workers made sure that everyone was fed. This location is great if you want to be close to the Gateway arch. I would recommend this hotel for families.

Place with a view on the Arch. It has a pool and jacuzzi, free to use for hotel guests. Parking costs extra 30$ per night and it's worth it (unlimited 'go in&out' option). Breakfast and brunch (from 5.30 till 7pm.) included. Clean rooms, great customer service. Very good place to stay in St Louis.

Great experience at this hotel. Traveled with our 4 kids to St Louis and stayed here. It was in 5 minute walking distance to the Arch and Cardinals Baseball stadium. Very friendly staff and great complimentary breakfast. Highly recommend!

Great hotel with fantastic staff! After our stay at this Drury, we'll choose Drury, whenever possible, in the future. The breakfast was good and fresh food. The kickback hour was a little hectic but the food and service was delicious. The bartender was so fun to talk to!

The hotel may be a little dated but every thing else makes up for it and more. The breakfast is awesome for a hotel breakfast, Dinner snacks and three free mixed drinks each night was unbelievable, great coffee 24hrs a day, and the staff was awesome. The hotel is located footsteps away from so much fun. Stadium, The Gateway Arch, a dinner paddle boat on the river, and the city park and plaza's.

Great location! Parking is $26 at the hotel. The front desk staff is disorganized. We arrived 45 mins before checkin so no rooms were ready but they told us they’d let us know when they were ready since we had a reservation. 2 hours later no call and when we went back to the desk for the second time they told us they didn’t have time to check if a room was ready because they were so busy checking other people in. Very frustrating!

All other staff were fantastic! We really enjoyed the free drinks, dinner and breakfast! Can’t beat it! Rooms were comfy.

Overall a very positive experience and stay at the Drury. The entrance and lobby area is really impressive and with a terrific ambience. Staff were very friendly and polite. Value is reasonable, I think I paid $150-175 for a night (I wanted to extend by one night but then it would have been nearly $300). I have had better at a lower price and I've had worse at a much higher price.

I like the fact that dinner snacks (nachos, hot dogs, pop corn are offered free during their happy hour together with three free drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic but very simple). The breakfast was included but to my disapointment (considering the size of the dining room) it was just continental + and not a full buffet breakfast. They had some waffles, pancakes, scrambled eggs and flat sausage. No bacon or beans and limited vegetable/fruit selection.

I found the room to be fresh, clean and well maintained and did not hear any of the neighbours.

There is a good size indoor pool and jaccuzi + fitness center which I did not try.

Location is good with a short walking distance to the Arch and stadium area with good and plenty of dining options. They have an indoor garage which you can reach with elevators so no need to walk outside. I think it was $30/night which is a bit on the expensive side, but you can drive in/out as you wish. Unfortunately you could not leave the car parked after check-out.

Very nice hotel overall. The location is extremely convenient for visiting the Arch and attending a Cardinals game at Busch Stadium. The reason I gave the rooms four stars is because my room was an interior room (room 735) with no view of the outside. Other than that I can’t find anything to fault with this place.
