I have to say that the pharmacist and his staff and her staff are the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve ever met in a pharmacy. They always explain my medicines to me every time I go pick them up and I greatly appreciate that these days and times it’s hard to find good people to work, and these people at this Kroger pharmacy are the greatest people ever, I live in Terre Haute Indiana and I wish that our Kroger pharmacy staff was half as friendly as these people are thank you for being so kind to me every time I come in it’s such a joy to come in and pick up my prescriptions from you

Fantastic selection and sales and friendly staff. My only complaint is they sincerely have THE WORST baggers in the world! I swear they take classes on how to destroy items. I always prefer the hassle of dealing with self checkout so I can bag my own items.

There is a terribly long wait usually at this pharmacy, but they are very helpful.

I don't understand how a pharmacy can be closed on Sunday? How is someone supposed to take their medications as prescribed when they can only get prescriptions filled 6 days a week? Never had this problem before, but it has become a big issue.

this is the cheapest place to get my dogs medication so i continue to come here but honestly have never had anything but issues with them. the first time i tried to use their automated refill system and was told that my pills would be ready the next day. i go in to pick them up and the staff has no idea i had even scheduled the refill. the woman behind the counter said it doesn’t really work and that it’s best to just talk to someone in the pharmacy. i feel that is extremely misleading and they shouldn’t have the automated system as an option if it is not connected to them. the woman who answers the phone is extremely off putting and rude. she acts as if it’s an inconvenience for me to ask her to refill a prescription, which is her job. on monday i called and asked to pick up a prescription on wednesday afternoon because Mt Vernon is entirely out of my way and i was told that would be perfect and was thanked for calling ahead. i arrived wednesday afternoon to find that nobody had even started the prescription and was there for almost an hour. what is the point of calling ahead if i am still going to wait that long. and of course the woman at the counter treated me as if i was bothering her by being there. if i could get the pills cheaper at walmart i would go there instead.

i've been dealing with this pharmacy for years now, but i've finally reached the limit of my patience with them :/ the staff is almost always incredibly rude, my prescriptions are never ready when they're supposed to be, or when they are ready, they're being auto-filled two weeks before i need them (the pharmacy tried to claim today that i have no prescriptions set to be auto-filled, but i'm not calling them in, so yes, they're being auto-filled without my request lmao) and by the time i'm ready to go pick up my prescriptions, they've been put back on the shelf due to the techs filling them too early, so i have to wait even longer for them to fill them again.

i could go in and on, but i'll spare you the misery and just say:

don't waste your time, just go to medicine shoppe or cvs instead.
