I rented from them for a little over ver a year and they were awesome and never intrusive. They have a maintenance guy, Pete, who was the best and quick to fix anything u needed. Great apartment too. The only think I didn’t like is dropping off my rent in person when I like to pay everything online. 😊

I can't say enough great things about the entire team at State Construction. We built with them recently and the entire process from start to finish was fantastic! The care and detail the team puts in to make sure all of our needs were met were second to none. I can't express how grateful we are to have worked with such a friendly, knowledgable group of folks who created a beautiful, and extremely well-made home.

We lived in the apartments on E Third Ave in O'Fallon and loved it. They were always professional and the apartment was updated. We only had a few issues that were serviced quickly. In our building, parking was a little bit of an issue. Overall, this was a great place to live.
