Anna and Wendy from Gurnee IL. branch were phenomenal on helping us to get the furniture we need. They were very approachable and helpful to give us some guidance on what we are looking for. They are really knowledgeable and expert guiding you but what stand the most is that they show care and value customer service. I highly recommended these ladies to anyone.

We bought a sectional couch a year ago with Fred, and now we bought a bed frame with Fred this year. He’s very kind, personable, and is a pleasure to talk to! We appreciate this location in particular as it is not stuffy and does not have overly pushy sales staff. We enjoy the financing options and use them. Their delivery is really great and includes a tracker to see how close the truck is, also professional and quick. As far as quality, we have had our couch one year and it is holding up very well and cleans well. The new bed frame looks great, seems well made and our backs feel better even with our old mattress! Recommend this location of Room Place (and one last shout out to Fred :)

I highly recommend Zoran! After another store put a bad taste in my mouth, and a delay in shipping. Zoran was able to help us find a new set that compares to the other set that we picked out. He went above and beyond and had me leave the store happy and felt like all my questions were answered unlike before. I just really recommend this store. Very very very helpful! Thank you again Zoran!

Update: Changed my review as the nice lady that sold me reached out (now a manager at Gurnee) and offered a replacement couch. The delivery team came in took the old one and put the new one up and after trying it out happy to report no issues whatsoever with this one! Yay. Big thanks to the manager who called me amd stepped up, will continue to shop here 😊.

There was nothing but friendly professionalism From the Sales staff to the Store Manager. I would most definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality product at a decent price. They stand by their product.

I’ve bought furniture from the RoomPlace several times and I’ve always been more than happy not only with the price but the quality and styles! Applying for their in-store credit card was fast and easy and has allowed me to purchase the things i need and want easily! Would definitely recommend! Luis at the Gurnee location was fantastic!

Sean the floor Manager was amazing not too pushy like the normal sales person! My couch was delivered and I was unsatisfied and I went to speak with him and he had them replace my furniture the moment it came back in stock. I called to check on the status and they already had a redelivery scheduled!! I will definitely be back again!!!

Walked in just to browse, walked out with a full living room set. Makena was awesome to work with. Answered our curious question and lead to us being interested which turned into a sale. She really knew her product and showed us some cool sectionals based on what we liked and needed. Not pushy or salesy like other places, just plainly answers our question with product knowledge and got the sale.

Gurnee's The Room Place has a gem of a manager! We needed a sofa to fit specific criteria in measurements. He went above and beyond to find us a quality sofa in colors and measurements that work. Not to mention within our budget as well! Sean is your guy to see though all of his employees were helpful and pleasant as well! This has been a refreshing experience compared to lack of service at that "other" furniture store in Gurnee Mills where we can't get customer service.

I was at the Room Place in Gurnee for it's grand opening and was highly satisfied with my entire experience! The service was great; my sales person, Suzy, was so helpful and friendly! She didn't put too much pressure on but still answered all our questions and listened to what we wanted. We got a great deal on the furniture we purchased and it was delivered to our home just a week later! I love the quality and look of the furniture and I will definitely be going back in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service, good deals and even better service!!

I stopped by The Room Place on 11/12/19. I walked around the store for about 20 minutes; which gave me time to decide on what I wanted to purchase. Rick asked me if I needed help and showed him what I wanted. Rick was very helpful and courteous. The manager Sean “hopefully I spelled his name right” was very helpful and courteous. I received a awesome deal on the items I purchased. The staff there are professional, kind and courteous. I will be back soon! Thank you Again!!

Recently we purchased the Aspen collection, and I'm very pleased with it. Showroom was clean and organized. Sales manager Zoran was assisting us with our selection and purchase. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely going to come back in the future.

I have to say. Rick was friendly. Easy to work with. He listened and made sure to figure out what we needed. Thw customer service was great. Makena also was very customer service driven. Both were willing to work with my budget and made it happen. Makena went the extra mile to contact her manager and see what could be done. The experience was a good one. I am a repeat customer and will be coming back.

My wife and I came into The Room Place located in Gurnee Mills looking for a King sized mattress. We were immediately greeted by Luis, who was warm and friendly. He not only helped us choose a mattress that fit our lifestyles, but took the time to help us understand which mattress would be the most beneficial to us. Luis did not try to up-sell us, and was not your “typical, pushy salesman”. We will most definitely be coming back to this location and are looking forward to working with Luis again! Awesome experience, Rick Zdunczyk is the man to talk to for all your needs. Really was able to alleviate all my concerns, and narrow down on what was important to me. If you're looking for furniture give this location a shot, you won't be disappointed.
