Chapbook Cafe at Schuler Books

Great food and great coffee. My wife and I had a great, chill date night. Would recommend for a relaxing sit by the fire with a good cup of coffee.

Chapbook Cafe is a lovely oasis in the Schuyler Books store. We enjoy hanging out with friends or simply having a quiet place to read. The food was very good today. The help seemed overtired and harried. If you want to have a great place to mingle with friends, try them out.

Best cheesecake I've ever had IN MY LIFE! It was the raspberry white chocolate Oreo. Delicious! Everything else was great, too.

Lots of tables and open till 7:30 - great place for a late-ish coffee and pastry.

Good place for a meeting. Roomy and open space. Not crowded so feels like a private place even when it gets busy. Nice variety of food on the menu for whatever time of day you come.

Well first of all, I love book stores, and second of all, I am obsessed with iced coffee, but I am even more obsessed with the fantastic service I received at this location. This Sunday a wonderful girl handed me my food, and I have never had better food or more pristine dishes in my life. I hope she gets a raise. God bless.

The cafe at schulers is honestly one of my favorite places to eat in all of Grand Rapids. When I have a meeting or need to take some time to work on something, it's a great place to eat and get things done. The kids meals are also always a hit with our kids. The coffee is always good quality, and the staff are always friendly.

This is probably my favorite place to eat lunch. Love the selections and it is nice and quiet. You can actually hold a conversation with a companion without having to lean in and raise your voice to be heard. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Added bonus: You can always buy a book.

I love this bookstore! It's clean and organized. I noticed they have both new and used books. They have a lovely cafe with a fireplace where one can cozy up with a nice book and enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea and other yummy treat!

Bright, comfortable, plenty of tables for eating, drinking and reading if you like. I had a blueberry muffin and good tasting coffee while I read my book. I was killing some time while my wife was nearby at an appointment.

Always a nice place to go for your reading material. They have a knowledgeable staff and lots of fun,Quirky stuff.

I had an artichoke sandwich on gluten free bread and it was extremely good.

Peaceful location to study and read. They have great books, games and gifts. Helpful staff.

Delightful little spot to read your Schuler purchase and have a bite. Delicious salads and sandwiches.
