I needed to replace a 17 year old roof with sub par shingles. Josh and his crew came out and did a fantastic job! Professional tradesmen that took care of every detail including cleanup. When I asked questions or had a concern, they addressed them straight-away. Honesty, quality craftsmanship at a fair price. Exactly why I love having them locally. I will be calling them again in the spring to tackle another job I need completed. Thank you for keeping Quality and good work in the Construction trade, it is appreciated. Josh and his team went above and beyond. They completely replaced the roof on a house we were purchasing. Our closing got delayed several time but Josh was flexible and still able to meet all the deadlines. His pricing is very reasonable and the work him and his team did was beyond expectations. Instead of just covering up issues they tour it down to the bones and ensured it would not cause issues in the future. He constantly updated me with the progress and answered all my questions. He was very professional and I throughly enjoyed working with him!

Josh and his crew recently assisted us with roof damage on both the detached garage and our home due to falling trees during the recent storms in Forest Lake (Alger), MI. From first contact to initial inspection and quote was a week or less. Josh worked very closely with the insurance company and kept us them informed of the process. Once work began, the crew was on time, extremely professional, and polite. They delivered a high quality repair at a very competitive price. I would recommend them without any hesitation at all.

Josh was awesome to work with! We bought a fixer upper in Pinconning & lived 2 hours away at the time. Josh & his team put on a brand new roof & gutters. He was always in contact with us & made sure we were up to speed on every process! He worked with us every step of the way! His team cleaned up after themselves which is a big deal to us. Josh and his crew were amazing. He worked with me and my father over the phone since I couldn't be there and was quick to respond to every question. The crew came out when they promised and laid tarps all around the perimeter of the house and did an awesome job of cleaning up. The roof looks great and the price was fair. Our Veteran Non-Profit hired LaLonde Builders to rehab a home that we donated to an Army Veteran. I can't say enough about the quality of work they did! Josh even went out and purchased an American Flag and mounted it since I couldn't be there to welcome the veteran home.

Had roof leak from prior builder error. Called Josh he came out next day on Saturday. He told me he would work me in and roof was repaired properly by following saturday afternoon. Just in time before next rain. Very pleased with service they show up when they say and show integrity.
