Papa Pete's

I bought a pizza from Papa Pete’s, and it was the most delicious pizza I’ve ever tasted. The vegetables were fresh. The meat was delicious. The crust was good. The pizza was just amazing. Hats off too the Chef!!

Best dive & top 3 bar in the city. Best venue for local bands and DJ's too. Usually an open pool table. Drinks are cheap and strong. Pizza is alright. Amazing salsa if you ask the bartender.

This is the best, just absolutely the best. I've never wanted to call a bar a home away from home until this place. Good prices on pizza and drinks, plus the pizza is really good. 15/10 I can't give this place enough stars.

One of my favorite places of all time! The OGs throw a hellva show, never see any huge conflicts, the staff is always on point, most people know each other, and if you're new the people will get to know you. Not a huge EDM fan, but I'll never miss a show because of the vibe! Drinks are reasonably priced and the pizza is no slouch. Come for a good time and stay for the good people.

I ordered a personal sized pizza from Papa Pete’s while dining at the Blue Dolphin. The Blue Dolphin is the front half of the building with huge menu, Papa Pete’s is in the back with another bar, pizza only and pool tables! Pizza is delicious and oh so reasonably priced.

At Papa Pete's, you'll find live DJ performances as well as full band shows predominately in EDM and Metal/rock genres. They also have 3 pool tables that are kept up and maintained. Their full bar/kitchen prices are at or below local restaurant standards. ***Most people don't know that their pizza is amazing and very reasonably-priced***

Best atmosphere of any bar in Kalamazoo! Now with that being said, I like my bars to feel a little more like a sleezy hole-in-the-wall with cheep beers and entrancing entertainment. If you don't check their website, you're always sure to walk in to something new and eccentric when you come to Papa Pete's. Whether it's goth night, or a rave, or any other whacky themed night, you're sure to have a fun time, have a friendly bartender, and spend next to nothing on tap beer! Also they have a fantastic selection of customizations that you can make to their pizza, which is always 🔥🔥 and extremely reasonably priced.

This venue is smallish but well-mananaged, clean, unique, and has great service! I really appreciate the pizza options (gluten-free!) and variety of beverages available.

Chaos is my favorite event at Papa Pete's!

I only stopped in to get pizza. The place seemed clean and chill, though there is a stage and I know they have bands that play. The bartender was friendly and quick. The pizza is very delicious. I highly recommend the Fetta Gyros pizza!! We had some other flavors and also very good.

They hosted our benefit show to help raise money after the passing of a family member. They couldn't have been any nicer.

Excellent pizza! Especially for the price. Drinks are good, and the bartenders great! I'm sure this would be a good place to hang out with a group. Haven't been at a busy time yet, but I do believe that it could be quite a fun scene at the right time of day.

Pizza is great. The bar staff and everyone is very accepting and amazing. Chaos Industrial night every 3rd Saturday of every month. Thanks so much for having us. Best club around for me.

WOW!!!! this pizza is amazing, and I consider myself a pizza expert because I have my own outdoor pizza oven. Pete himself waited on us, and we had beers and walked around on the outdoor mall while out pizza was cooking. Super fun date night, very fairly priced, and we can't wait to go back!

Eclectic mix of clientele not your average beige sheepels. Refreshing to have good conversations with new people and just have fun talking. I'm a Russian Imperial stout or heavy chewable (so "they" tell me) dark stout beer drinker, soo that's was a thin offering but I'm Way outside the norm and I expect that, the porter was good & on tap! so worked great for me. It's been a bit since I've been here & it looks revamped to me. Shiny and new so I was entranced. I have SOS. Bartender's were personable and VERY attentive. Never had to wait for another round!!! And we all know that is what we like! Keep them coming baby. 🍻😉 I know that I will be going back. ASAP.

Excellent neighborhood bar and venue, great pizza reasonably priced booze. Amazing bar tenders. A+ experience every time.

Nice chill bar during the week where you can play some pool. They have events on the weekends that are usually pretty awesome.

Overall, Papa Pete's is great! The pizza is AMAZING and the service is always really great as well, the bartenders are all super sweet! Not to mention the kareoke on Wednesdays... Love it here.
