Inferno Vape & Smoke, Kalamazoo

Best vape shop I've ever been to so far. One of the only local places that offers samples on juice! The owners are super interested in customer satisfaction. If they don't have it, they will order it for you no matter what it is. If it's for values, they will get it to you quickly. And they only carry authentic products. Many local shops, including the large chain stores which I will not name, carry fake mods and tanks. The owner has many examples of fake mods customers have brought in. They fail and are so cheaply built, and honestly dangerous. But mad over keeps the authentic gear on stock, and is always getting new stuff in!
Plus they have virtual reality games with an amazing gaming pc!!!

Great place!! Not only are the staff knowledgeable they're a pretty chill bunch. More than happy to help you pick a juice from there large collection. Not to mention they let you TRY THE JUICE! Some cool pieces for decent prices too.

Loved their vape juice bar so many juices to try before you buy. Also great selection of glasses. Plus they have soo many virtual reality games-didn't even know that existed in Kalamazoo. Overall a great hangout spot. A must to check out.

Just wanted to say, great service. Came in a few weeks ago with a friend who had a coupon for a free hour of VR. Turns out, someone broke a controller so it wasn't usable. They scheduled us for a different day and threw on another hour free for the trouble. Staff is also really chill and friendly.

Great service and experience. The gent I talked to had been vaping for 5 years and was a mech using builder. Highly recommend!

Good quality glasses and juice. Staffs are really nice and patient to help me all the time. Most important thing : the price is really reasonable!!! Highly recommended!!!
