Dr. Long is the best doc...a person could have.....he explains questions u have. to were u can understand them...not many doc like him.....in my opinion they need to be more docs like him...his the best in my book...

My grandfather has been a patient here for a few years. I can't speak for the other doctor's in this practice or their staff, but I WOULD NOT SEND MY PET to this clinic. They have an answering service which is absolutely useless. I can call them about my grandfather, even state that it is URGENT, and they will not call back. You have to literally demand that they be paged to the front desk to pick up the phone. I hate being rude with anyone, but you have no other OPTION when dealing with this staff. They have even pulled my nearly 80 year old grandfather to the side to tell him that they didn't appreciate him calling their staff "incompetent", which unbeknownst to the woman who said it, CAME FROM MY LIPS. It takes me a full week to get anyone on the phone. Dr. Long has to know his staff is neglectful and useless. I can't be the only one complaining.

So they won't answer my husband's calls refused to help him and he won't answer your calls either they don't really care highly suggest not wasting your money in this place hasn't done anything for me I've gotten sicker and sicker and they wouldn't even page me through to him after I tried calling him 5× today
