Machines worked fine, clothes came out clean and dry. The second time I went there it was extremely messy and appeared to have been that way for some time. Some daily cleaning would have been nice but no one to contact or contact number.

5 smaller washers and three larger washers broken. Very expensive. People seem nice though and it's clean.

Machines that are out of order are not labeled.
Half of the dryers are not working. Six washers not working.
Dryer A is a fire hazard. Heats up but does not spin.
Change machine does not work.
It was very warm inside. Has ceiling fans, but no switches to turn them on.
No number posted in case of emergencies.
No fire extinguisher.
No restrooms or sinks to wash up after using chemicals.

Why isn't there a phone # to contact the management when the machines take your money but do NOT work? I, and another lady both lost money last last time i was there. The week before my friend lost several dollars at the eagle grove laundry mat owned by the same person. Not too happy when money is just wasted.....👹👹👹

Who owns this place? Way to take advantage of the people who rely on laundromats. Those dryers are trash and just eat your coins while not drying your laundry. The place reflects highly on the owner with how trashy it is.

First dryer ate my money, wouldn't turn on. 2nd dryer stayed cold while I pushed warm and hot.
