My mobility has declined as I have aged the elevator is very nice snd the 2nd floor is completing ADA bathrooms outstanding. All offices have wonderful and knowledgeable people working. They answer your questions and assist you in solving your problems. In a fast as the computers can bring up thr information.

Man they have a top notch janitorial staff

If I could give 0 that would definitely be it. Have came several times for my brother to take his permit and every single lady tells me a different procedure and then give me attitude because I ask questions. Don’t get me started on their customer service; this place is infamous for poor attitudes. You would think things would change over the years. I recommend going else where if you can, it’ll be worth the drive I promise.

The most rude ladies work there give you attitude when they have to just do there job if you don’t like it there then quit unacceptable!!!

Very very rude ladies at the treasurer desk who give you lots of attitude just for asking questions I was on the phone with one and she wouldn’t even let me finish asking my question before she rudely said nope you have to wait until this date to do that would give a 0 if I could

I had to wait for an hour and 15 min so the lady could take her 1.5 hour lunch. When i finaly get in she charges me $10... gives me my change... then as she is about to be done she says oh i need another $30 now for extra fees... one dollar short... day wasted all I got was attitude. I know its the DMV but you dont have to go out of your way to make it hell... yoi hate your job we all see it painted on your face...

Worst attitude of the driver’s license lady ever! She doesn’t say any greetings to anyone. I understand it’s the DMV but show some manners.

The most rude people work there.. Dont say hello or thank you also roll there eyes at you... Horrible service...
