Fuel Coal Fire Pizza

We're new to Iowa and this was a gem of a find. Great pizza- homemade dough, such a treat when most other places have pre-made dough discs. The toppings were fresh. The coal fired pizza oven adds a whole new level of flavor.
The craft brews were cold and thirst quenching. Randi was a great server. She's been here 10 years. Quite a feat in the restaurant world!
Keep up the good work Fuel! We'll be back.

Entertaining atmosphere, quick service and some of the best pizza I've had in years. Our party shared a variety of dishes and everything was great. Highly recommend.

Always a great experience at Fuel in Clarion. Arguably, Fuel boasts one of coolest interiors of a family owned restaurant I’ve ever seen. The food is always great and the staff is always friendly. Had the Bianca pie today and it was spot on. I recommend to anyone remotely near.

Best spinach artichoke dip ever! Their pizza and cocktails are really good as well. My go-to when I go home.

Fuel in Clarion. Excellent place. We started with the Iowa sweet corn cheese dip. Creamy, sweet and just a little bit of kick. We ordered the sirloin cheese steak pizza and the Jimmy Buffet cheeseburger pizza. The sirloin had actual slices of sirloin, not the shredded beef that so many places have. The Jimmy had a sriracha/ mustard sauce drizzled over that really finished it off. The pizzas are hand tossed right in the corner of the dining room with chairs at the counter so the kids can watch. The pizzas are cooked in a coal-fired oven to give a great authentic taste to them. We were informed that Sundays, kids get to make their own pizzas even stretching the dough, with the cheese pizza being free and any additional toppings at a small cost each. They will be closed from Dec 22-Jan 4 for break. Definitely will be back. It was about $50 for app, the large sirloin cheese steak, small Jimmy Buffet, 4 drinks and a craft beer ($6 pint). Speaking of, they have a great selection of rotating craft beer and a large selection of burbons.

I've been many places in this country. I've tried many different pizza styles. Kurt and Cammie have, hands down, nailed the perfect pie. Match this up with some of the coolest decor I, personally, have ever seen and you have Fuel. Absolutely delicious food. Great atmosphere. Great service. 5 stars. Easily.

Fuel is pretty good. Thier pizza is great and reminds me of the pizza I grew up with in New England.

BUT - the spinach archicoke dip is the best anywhere.

I just had the 🍕BEST PIZZA EVER🍕 today for lunch at Fuel in Clarion!!! I highly recommend for AMAZING FOOD & a very pleasant outdoor dining experience!!! We had a 1/2 BBQ Chicken & 1/2 Pesto Chicken Pizza that was SIMPLY AMAZING!!!!

Food was good. My husband and I had the route 66, the half naked cheese curds and the soft pretzels. We where in a big group of 18-20 people and the wait staff provided exceptional service. Would definitely come back for more.

Came up for a work trip and I'm glad I did! My pesto chicken pizza was great and the service was efficient. Got in and out within 50 minutes. The prices are reasonable too. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

Pizza is amazing!!! Craft beer selection is stellar. Loved that they enforce the mask mandate during these trying times. Friendly staff and cool/rustic atmosphere. Will definitely be back when we are in the area.
