Holiday Inn Express Troy, an IHG Hotel

Very nice newer facility with comfortable rooms. Holiday Inn Express is always my favorite place to sleep. They have the best beds and best pillows in the business. ( and I travel a lot)

Great property. We only stayed 2 nights and just 1 breakfast but enjoyed it. Clean rooms, very quiet (didn't hear a peep from any other guests in the halls or other rooms). Will definitely stay here in the future. Perfectly made cinnamon rolls (some other properties need to learn how to make them this good).

i came over after going to town and country across the street which was one of the worst hotels in the world. after seeing the dirty, smelly bed bug infested room at town and country I was greeted by professional, friendly staff, went up to a big clean beautiful room, breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel buffet style breakfast. great stay

Great Property to stay at! Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Clean, spacious rooms. Stayed here for several weeks, no issues. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was very clean and modern. We did find a pair of pants in the dresser and brought them to the front desk. They were very apologetic and handled it very well.

Very nice hotel. Conveniently located and comes with a complimentary breakfast. Rooms and facility seem fairly new and in very good condition.

I loved the hotel, all the staff were very friendly, rooms were clean. They also provide personal hygiene in case you forget.

Recently stayed overnight and experienced a slight issue. The hotel manager, Sarah, was quick to address the issue in the morning. Sarah was super friendly and provided great customer service. She took what could have been a major issue and made sure I was properly taken care of. I frequently stay down in this area and the Holiday Inn Express in Troy will be my go to place to stay. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a hotel room for the night!

Had a great stay with friendly staff, good room, and a buffet style breakfast.
Pros: comfortable, clean, great mattress, good pillows, roomy bathroom/shower, and toiletries smelled good and were good quality, quiet area, and could get a room with a view of the parking spots if you want to keep an eye on your car.
Cons: hair in the Keurig but it’s not a deal breaker they have a coffee bar in the lobby 24/7.

I stayed at this hotel for a 1 night travel stop. The hotel looked pretty new and the rooms were very clean. There are nice Dove products (hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, etc) in the washrooms. Breakfast was great and had a lot of variety. Overall excellent value for the price!

Room was VERY clean, front desk worker cole is very nice and definitely will make your stay worth staying again, house keeping is on time with needs of towels and other service. Most importantly sirens was getting fixed which only sounded off a couple times no need for any one to complain due to you was accommodated ahead of time. My stay here was everything this hotel is definitely customer service friendly and I would recommend and give plenty more reviews every time I choose to stay at this location

We would definitely stay here again. The staff was awesome even late at night. Rooms were clean. We didn't stay long and the free breakfast was enough to get you going!!

Clean!!! Staff is not bad, but there is this wonderfully nice manager type person. She was so nice and helpful. She seemed like a manager because she was helping a new front desk agent. Breakfast was not bad. I wish they had chocolate muffins, English muffins, and more bread choices. They had nice long breakfast hours for the holiday and never kicked people out. Maintained very well. Snow plows came immediately. Very pleased with hotel.

5 stars for the comfy beds! Plenty of outlets. Good selections on TV, but onscreen guide took some figuring out. Great water pressure in shower. I'd happily stay here again.

Very polite staff. Very clean hotel and my room was spotless. I love how comfy the bed, pillows and down comforter is. They also have a pool and an exercise room with lots of equipment to use. The breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again!

In and out for an over night. Was the last leg of my cross country trip. The breakfast was phenomenal and had a variety of different items. Slept well and very rested.

The hotel was very very clean And
comfortable. Mary, and Dalena, the breakfast ladies were the stars of the show. Breakfast was very good ( for a chain). The food was cooked nicely and everything was well presented. Beds were comfortable. I high recommend this hotel. Great value
