Red Roof Inn St Louis - Troy, IL

I enjoyed my stay at RED ROOF INN IN TROY, IL. all the staff members were so nice and helpful. The room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable, and the room was very clean and smelled very clean. the bath area very clean and it had a wonderful shower with good hot and cold water, and all lights were working. It had a nice refrigerator, microwave, and tale. The television was nice and working very well. I enjoyed the continental breakfast very much. They even had a nice relaxing pool to enjoy. I will be visiting RED ROOF INN the next time I need to reserve a Hotel Room. Thank you very much RED ROOF INN for making my stay feel so enjoyable.

This place was a stop on the way on our move across the states. Hema got us checked in easily and we were able to relax and sleep. Hotel was pet friendly and we were able to bring in the pets we were traveling with which is the main reason we stopped here. Great service, easily accessible location, standard clean rooms. Thanks for making it easy!

Great hotel for a very affordable price. Easy check in. Very clean room. Really enjoyed the pool after a long day of driving. Would stay there again.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Our Superior King room was perfect for a business trip. The desk in the room was large and accommodated two of us working.

The king bed was comfortable and the bath/vanity was well lit and spacious.

The breakfast was moderate, but filling. The entire hotel was clean. We didn't get to take advantage of the pool, but it was clean and well cared for.

We will definitely stay here again if we are passing through.

I was shocked that this has a 2 star review. I have stayed at many hotels and this is by far one of the best red roof Inns in the country. I stay here everytime I'm in the area. I have never had a complaint. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and peaceful. I sleep good here. Thank you so much to the staff and owners of this establishment!! I will definitely be staying again.

This hotel is the best. Very clean rooms and amazing staff. Love it here. The rooms are always in working order with no issues at all. The owners deserve an award because they take very well care of this property and they have the best staff working for them. They should be very proud of their staff. Will not stay at any other hotel while I'm in the area.

It meets expectations for the price point. This is usually the location I use when I'm passing through St. Louis. The rooms are clean and the staff is pleasant and accommodating. Like one other review mentioned, the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, but it's excellent for a quick bite on our way out the door and really at this price point, I think what they offer is fair. If you're wanting something hearty, there is a Cracker Barrel within walking distance.

Very nice hotel. Have stayed a couple of times in the past and plan to do so in the future. Clean and friendly. Update: March 2, 2024 very nice to have such a pet friendly place.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, beds were good, so was bathroom. The breakfast left a lot to be desired but hey at least they had SOMETHING there. Would be nice if they would put some money out for some actual creamer instead of that nasty powder! But for the money it's a good hotel, plus pet friendly and no extra charge+++

This was one of the cleanest and nicest Red Roof Inns I have stayed in. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was traveling with my dog and as most RRI's do I had a room close to the door. I did not see a designated area for the dogs but I had my own bags and there was lots of grass for them to use. They did conveniently have a trash can by the door. I would stay in this Inn again.

I was surprised the pool was warmer than most other hotel pools I've been too. That was the reason we stayed there with our grandkids.
Breakfast was ok. Wasn't just a continental with donuts and coffee, they had cereal, yogurt, eggs, plus a lot more to fill you up.
Clean lobby, rooms, and pool. Staff was very nice.

Services, location and room was just right for the price. Breakfast had limited selection, however cracker barrel is across the street. Pool was open. And room had wood floors instead of carpet 😊

This is the perfect place to stay with your fur baby. The rooms are cleaned & kept well-stocked with necessities during your stay. This Red Roof is also conveniently located near several dining options & interstates. I highly recommend considering here for your stay.

The rooms are a little dated but they are clean and the beads are comfortable. You definitely can beat the price. I have stayed here 2 time in the past year and each time the same great service.

This was a stop over on our was to Kansas City and it was well worth it. We all rested so well on their soft beds and soft pillows. My daughter and I took advantage of the inside pool. It was small but just what we needed. If we are by chance ever going through that area again, we would definitely stop and stay there. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience for a great price. They had very clean rooms, a swimming pool, very friendly staff, and one of the best continental breakfasts I’ve ever seen. Very reasonable price for all of the amenities. It’s a little difficult to find the entrance due to Best Western building right in front of it but the stay is well worth the hassle.

Great hotel. The staff has been very friendly and helpful during our stay. Convenient to walk across the street to different restaurants or use the delivery menus they have available. Rooms are clean with in room coffee, refrigerator, ironing board and iron. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning worked perfect even though it was really hot outside. They also have a business center, workout room, indoor pool, and light breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

The office people were all nice and responded quickly to our requests. The customer service was wonderful. I honestly can not complain about anything. The whole experience was amazing. The room was clean, the pool was cool- old fashioned but really a great temperature, and most importantly there were no problems among our stay here.

We were only able to stay one night here but I will say the staff were probably the nicest people I have ever dealt with. Christina, the front office lady was so accommodating and tried so hard to help us. She went above and beyond. We would definitely stay again, just with less people.
