Chisholm Ridge Pet Hospital

AMAZING!!! My husband and I were in the process of moving to Hawaii for the military and Chisholm Pet Hospital and the staff were extremely helpful and so very kind. Not only were they able to help us get our health certificate but they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to get our fur baby with us. I cannot thank them enough truly & it is very hard to come by honest and whole hearted people. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I needed to find a new vet after moving to the area, and I'm so glad I chose Chisholm ridge! The staff and vet techs were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Krall was amazing! I have an anxious/nervous rescue pup, and she was so patient and calm when dealing with him. She was thorough and even gave him extra pets/attention after the exam. I was truly shocked when my pup even took the treats she offered him because he doesn't normally take food from strangers. You can tell she really loves her job and caring for animals, and even my pup could sense it!

We came to Chisholm Ridge because it was down the street from us, and we couldn't get our beloved senior in at his regular clinic. They felt like family at our 2nd visit. My furbabe Benson was admitted with kidney failure (we had no idea that was on the horizon), and they let my husband and I visit him every day to keep his spirits up. We did lose our love, Benson, but we will stay with this clinic forever. Thank you CRPH!!

Took my senior dog in 02-13-23 Omg loved the staff. Super friendly super loving and caring. Took the time to answer all my questions. Definitely worth coming back

We are always taken care of here by all of the staff. They seem to genuinely love our dog and she enjoys see them.

Wonderful staff. Nice hospital, clean. Really liked Dr. Russell Johnston. We were looking for a clinic closer to home and they came highly recommended.

I take both my dogs here for everything because the care they give is amazing! They let you be there with your pet and help with the things that might make them nervous, like shots, nail clippings, etc. Most importantly, they are attentive and proactive with your pets. Without pushing unnecessary services or products. All this at no increased cost to the pet owner! I have experience with a few different vets in the area, and this place has been the most affordable easily. As I said, with no sacrifice to quality of care. I 10 out of 10 recommend this vet if you are looking around for a good place to take your furry friend!

So impressed with our experience at Chisholm Ridge Pet Hospital this morning. From the receptionist to the vet tech to Dr. Johnston, all were friendly, caring, and communicative! Our 13 year-old black pug was treated with love there. So grateful we found this clinic!

Called on a Monday at 7:30 to see if they could get my new puppy Williw in to see about her incision from when she was fixed. They were able to get her in that morning. All the staff and the vet that saw Willow were very caring and professional. I was very happy with the visit I will recommend them to, and already have, to my friends and anybody that needs a local vet.
I will definitely be back.

It's one of the best pet hospitals I've been to in a long time. They showed compassion for my animal. I am very impressed with my whole experience. Will bring all my animals here from now on. Thank yall

Wonderful clinic and staff. They’re so sweet with my babies and reassuring when something has been wrong with my boys.

The people were very friendly and helpful. The doctor explained everything in an easy to understand way.

Recently moved and needed to find a vet nearby, I'm so glad Chisholm Ridge was on the Humane Society's list. We knew after the 1st visit we loved them but follow up visits have only solidified it more. It's clear they care about our babies and everything has been reasonably priced!

Absolutely adore Dr. Johnston and his team! They have saved my dogs life and helped me through the harder times of saying goodbye to another. He always treats us with compassion and gives me all the options I should know to come up with the best care for my dogs. I have a diabetic dog, and a dog who is not only deaf and blind but has suffered from seizures for a long time now. I have full complete faith that Dr. Johnston will always give them the care they need and me as well from time to time as I have a lot of questions and kind of cry a lot too. My dogs are my world so thank you so very much for always being there for us.

I can’t say enough good things about Chisholm Ridge. We have been in many, many times over the years with a variety of long-term health problems that needed to be managed. Everything we have gone through, good and bad, we feel like they’ve gone through right along with us. They’re truly invested in ensuring that the pets that come in receive the best care possible. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our dogs’ care. Thank you Dr. Krall, Dr. Griffin, and Drs. Johnston!

My dog was not a patient here but started to decline in health over the course of 24 hours and I had to make the hard decision to end his suffering. They were able to squeeze us in an hour after I called even with us being new patients. During the whole process the vet tech and vet were very understanding and sweet. They made this awful act I had to do as best as it could be. 10/10 would recommend and will def be bringing my other dogs here

Wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. Dr. Johnston is a beacon of hope and security. Love the whole team!! Hes made such an impact on our 17 yr old big dog. She's as excited to see them as she is for treats!

We thoroughly enjoy the care we receive here for our dogs and cat from Dr. Griffin and Dr. Krall (we love them both). They make logical common sense decisions in caring for our critters and never force high priced diagnostics if the benefits of such are not greater than the cost. They value our opinions and choices in our pets care.

The staff is always great! No complaints.

Edit: I have brought my pets here for the past 4 years, but wanted to update my review. We recently adopted an incredibly reactive large dog and I was having the most stressful time getting his updated shots and checkup done to get him the training he needed. We were turned away by a…cheaper…vet clinic so I stopped by Chisolm Ridge to explain the situation. They were so understanding and set up a plan to get him taken care of. It’s probably standard practice at any good vet, but I’m so grateful to the staff for hearing me out and making sure his checkup and vaccines went smoothly.

We had our first visit recently. We went into a room immediately. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome. The veterinarian was wonderful and spent lots of time with us answering questions. We are definitely pleased with the office so far.
