Bluebonnet Bistro

This cozy cafe is a new gem in Emory. The food is unusually good as they have the best burgers and fries and a different soup each week to name a few. The chicken salad sandwich is fantastic. Breakfast makes you think of home cooked food. Prices are appropriate for the excellent quality. Highly recommend checking it out .

If you want a place to make "Your place", this is it. A quaint and homey environment that is decorated by hand-painted Blubonnets and sweet messages revealing the heart of the owner.

She puts that same effort into every meal with great food at modest prices. Everything is made from scratch.

Adding outstanding service just makes this place so special, and now, whenever I'm in town, it's My Place to go.

I placed a take out order of biscuits and gravy with two eggs, bacon and potatoes. Also ordered crepes with fruit. Now I'm really picky about my crepes lol. I will say this I am in love ❤ with the crepes!! Everything was fantastic. Better then any restaurant I've tried in this town. Now I haven't been inside the place but I'm sure it's just as awesome as the food. Highly highly recommend them and will most certainly be ordering more from them now lol. I've pretty much tried every single restaurant in Emory.

Quiant spot in an old Service Station. Arrived little after 11 hesitant to order breakfast, but it was great. Biscuit light fluffy and delicious, eggs cooked perfectly to order. The French toast sold as Texas toast size but was a little smaller but still tasted amazing and was more than adequate. Potatoes were a little al dente' but flavor and seasoning were on point. Service was amazing! Will be back!

Cute little place with great breakfast. Attentive service. Did I mention good breakfast with very good biscuits and omlettes. We'll definitely be back!

Great cozy bistro with delectable breakfast foods and quaint atmosphere. The quality of the fruit on the french toast has yet to disappoint. Will definitely continue to be a regular.

Enjoyed a great breakfast but the bonus was the homemade fried potatoes - you just don’t find real breakfast potatoes anymore! Inside charming curtains and bluebonnet theme. Reasonable prices!

Delicious food, they have a relaxed at home atmosphere. very friendly staff.

We had the bacon breakfast burrito and tried several of the hand pies. It was all delicious! Even my Picky 5 year old (who doesn't usually eat eggs) gave it a thumbs up! 👍

You get what you want how you want it. We enjoy everythng on the breakfast menu.

I had breakfast and it was very good. Plenty of food. Did not leave wishing I had more. Service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly.
