Bretzel's

One of the BEST breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. We ordered two traditional breakfast sandwiches on homemade white toast. Every bite was a treat. Only wish is that this place was closer to home! Will definitely be back.

My husband and I were driving through on our way to DC and took the most marvelous risk of an unknown restaurant entity. Oh my! The pretzels were by far the best pretzels either of us had ever had! And to think we only got them as and afterthought! The mustard was very sharp and tangy, the cheese—amazing! The sandwiches were excellent as well, but the pretzels. We actually left our vacation specifically early enough to get to Bretzel’s on our way home before they ran out (we came at 2 on a Saturday and snagged 2/3 of the remaining pretzels)! Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn’t opened on Tuesday, so we had to go without our pretzel fix. Next time we are in the area or know of anyone traveling that way, we will insist on a visit.

It's a little gem in Downtown Strasburg. The food is fantastic. I was very impressed with the large selection on the menu. They also have an impressive selection of pastries . I left the table full and happy that's for sure. Bretzel's is definitely a 10 out of 10 💙

My family and I went to Stratsburg to do some antiquing and at the front of their "emporium" is this little cafe, and I had to try it ... [cause you know, you never shop on an empty stomach 😆]

My kids ordered hotdogs 🌭 on a pretzel 🥨 and french toats, I tried a little bite of each and yes, it was delicious 😋 [mind you, my kids don't like anything on their hotdogs, so I could.really appreciate the quality of their Frank's and the density of the pretzel was on point.

Yum, yum, yum. I’ve only been twice but each time I go I can’t wait to go back to try something new! I’ve had the breakfast biscuit and I LOVED it. The pulled pork grilled cheese is amazing! I also highly recommend the brownies and oversized cookies! Amazing!

This is hands down one of the must try foodie places in Strasburg. Everything is made fresh and from scratch every day, and every bite will remind you of that. They offer some of the best pretzels and cinnamon rolls I've had in my life(and I'm a carb lover with a giant sweet tooth). They've added a few more lunch options and they're perfect and delicious! The grilled cheese is comfort food away from home. Plenty of seating available and walk it off while shopping in the Emporium, just to finish off with dessert. The muffins and scones are simply amazing, and even famous chain bakeries don't measure up(I'm looking at you Panera). Stop by, you'll hate yourself for not doing it earlier!

BRETZELs is a comfortable gem in Strasburg VA. The food is delicious … especially the sausage gravy on homemade biscuits! The coffee is excellent. The desserts are fresh and HUGE .. the service is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming… a real Favorite

Uggg I could stay in this place for days and not get bored! It is kind of like a bakery, coffee shop, museum, library, and antique store all in one? They have some fascinating items including vintage valentines with love letters still on them, an old worldwide working radio, antique toys, unique currency, the best nostalgic books. Every place you look has something interesting to look at, seems like a big game of i-spy. If only I had more time to explore. I loaded up on pastry’s - the German chocolate cake was the best I had ever had and delicious homemade sandwich bread. The man working was super duper friendly which just added to the charm of the place. My friends boyfriend came back later for a round two of breakfast that is how much he liked his sandwich. I ended up ordering my pastries before and picking up later - the guy working was right they had sold out of a lot by the time I came back. I am so sad they were sold out of their famous pretzels by the time I was there - was itching for one with sauerkraut. If it wasn’t 7 hours away I would go back.

The bread is so good! German chocolate cake delicious. Such a cute place with homemade food!

An awesome shop located in the heart of Strasburg. The Staff is very helpful and super friendly. I love the huge cinnamon rolls and nostalgic candy.

We followed the amazing smells to the front of the Strasburg Emporium and found an awesome cafe!! Great people, dog-friendly. We got the Bretzel dog and one of their enormous cinnamon rolls, neither disappointed!!! The pretzel bun was perfectly (and humongously) homemade, filled with a juicy, quality "bun length" sausage. They had several specialty dogs, but plain was perfect for us. The cinnamon roll, with a dap of fresh cream cheese icing, was all the things you wish for in a gooey, doughy, sweet treat. Paired perfectly with the savory, salty dog. Do not miss Bretzels when your at the Emporium!!

Bretzel has the most amazing food and the owner is so sweet . After living in busy city ( DC ) this place had that home town feel that I needed . I go back as often as I can . My favorite things are the pretzels , pretzel dogs and all the pies and cookies .. everything is cooked to perfection .

Amazing food and even more amazing service. Fresh home-cooked from scratch. Great ingredients, taste, had to try one of everything and each one was more delicious than the last. If we could give it 10 stars we would. And by the way the biscuits and gravy were fantastic. Soft buttery biscuits, lots of fresh Sausage, in a light creamy gravy. M&M

We were antiquing and decided to pick up some treats for dessert. I bought a chocolate cheesecake, peanut butter cheesecake, and a chocolate chip cookie. Everything was absolutely fantastic. If you're in Strasburg or even just passing through, you MUST stop here.

Everything I have purchased there was very tasty and portions are big. Family owned, very helpful and friendly. Hot spot to enjoy time out. Very comfortable atmosphere

The best pretzel dogs, cheesecakes, and deserts in the area. Fantastic staff make you feel welcome and add to the experience. Reward yourself with some of the great treats offered.

Little hidden gem in an antique store. There hotdogs are really good. Hard to beat due to being served on am amazing pretzle bun. Love coming here.

We went to shop at The Strasburg Emporium and got hungry, since that place is so huge and we had already been shopping for 2 hours.
You CANNOT ignore the fabulous smell of fresh baked goodies that wafts through the antiques. So we followed our noses !!! We find this beautiful corner shop that fits right in with antiques. A sweet older gentleman runs through an overview of the menu with us, but he didn't need to. He had us at "cinnamon roll".
So since life is short, we had dessert first. We shared a cinnamon roll. Cinnabon has NOTHING on you Bretzels. A fabulous single large roll with great crunchy edges and a frosting that is not tooo sweet.
Needless to say, we went back for lunch about an hour later. The Hubby and I both got Bratwurst, they were doing them outside on the grill. I had the beer kraut with mustard and the Hubby had beer cheese. Both were served on fresh pretzel rolls. Of course we had to have more dessert, cuz, yeah. The Hubby got a French silk cup and I got the blueberry Whoopie pie. He let me taste a spoonful, if i wasn't driving I would have tackled him for the rest. I expected pudding, but LORD no ! It was obviously freshly made with a wonderful rich chocolate creamy feel. I saved my Whoopie pie for the next day. This is not your average Whoopie. Its a vanilla cake with a blueberry cheesecake like filling, rich but not overly sweet.

We went to shop, we will be back for Bretzels!!!!

Delicious Pretzels, shaped halfway between a knot and bun, with great outside flavor and inside texture. Taste like the good Bretzels in Germany!
