This particular Sonic location is an exceptional example of the fast-food chain that exceeds expectations. The staff here are incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring that every custom order is made correctly. What really sets this Sonic apart, however, is their exceptional soft drinks. Whether it's a classic fountain drink or one of their delicious slushies, the drinks are always made to perfection. The combination of quality food and drinks, along with the fun and retro vibe of the restaurant, makes for an outstanding dining experience at this particular Sonic location.

I am a hard customer to please sometimes. This sonic has gotten a lot of good an horrible reviews. However this is my hometown Sonic an at some point you just want a Sonic drink so your gonna go no matter your past experiences. My morning service with Kim is always great! Now the afternoon an evening are hit an miss. However today we went late in the evening about 9pm I had alot going on husband outta town an just want Sonic real quick etc...I pull up the app it's not working I tried for an hour went up to the local Hotel just to connect to Wifi to make sure it wasn't my phone. Never got the app to come up. Finally got in line an made an order an of course just like I said I'm not always easy so it was a complex order an of course wanted my drinks at the app price. So the gal Karen at the window was trying patient polite an you could tell fairly new but she appropriately got her lead or mgr Tyler to help he came on handled it fabulously an just gave great customer service an everything was alright!!! Our food was great hot cooked perfect an everyone was happy in the end! These young folks need credit for when they are exceptional an they do just fine! It a hell of a time to work in fast food

I come to this location a lot. The service has gotten so much better than when we first started coming. The drinks are great & the mozzarella sticks are always perfect!

Ordered a Jr bacon burrito and a medium shake. Staff was friendly and brought my order out fast!

The food was good and overall atmosphere was nice. Highly recommended 👌 The popcorn chicken was very nice and juicy.🤌Very nice! They were very quick with our food and got the order correct.

They’ve always been as quick and efficient as possible, I had Jordyn today and she was super sweet even though she said she had been working since 7:30 this morning haha! Great customer service Jordyn, you’re awesome :)

We went to Emory Sonic on an evening when the power was out in much of a Wood County... Yes, bad idea but we had no good alternative.

Down side - Service was very slow, they were understaffed, and a new carhop didn't know anything, couldn't hear my order, and a few things were bungled on our order.

Upside - everyone was SO polite, considerate and patient, food was fresh and did I mention that everyone was very polite?

I wouldn't begrudge them one single star even thought it was far from the best Sonic visit I've ever had because it was obvious that they were putting there all into doing the best they could.

Bravo!

We ordered the chili cheese dog and sonic burger, both of which were very good and satisfied our Sonic sized hunger. We also had tater tots and washed it all down with a diet cherry limeade. The order was taken quickly, and we didn't wait long for our food to be delivered to our vehicle. All in all, a great place to eat.

Love this Sonic! Always friendly and always good food...the lady next to me was trying to pull a scam..the lady took her order and then she waited for the carhop to come out and she was actually bringing me my food and she stopped the carhop and started asking who took her order and said they were rude and wanted to speak to a manager..mind you I heard the lady take her order and she was anything but rude..she was real sweet..so anyways she ended up getting g her food free..shame on her..making someone look bad just so you can get free food! That's ridiculous!

Well, l ordered on line, took 15 minut to drive so l thought it would be faster on line, l got there and it was still 20 minutes, food was good but the on line orders just as slow, will go again yes l like there food but always know sonic is not 🚫 a fast food sirvice.

This post still stands as true. I stopped today to get a beverage and it was brought our by Zella with a smile. The service was great today at the Emory location. The Emory location is still one of the best best ones around...

Fast service polite employees, the service today was much faster, than the prior stops. Was pleased to see that the owners addressed the manpower issues and everything is running smoothly again

Always a good place for a cold drink on a hot summer day. Got a craving, they got you covered. Great deals on their app. Our go to place every weekend for great Happy Hour deals that can't be beat.

I love sonic. They forgot something out of our order so we went back to get it. The lady was at the door waiting for us. Very friendly, attentive and they work hard under pressure.

always good, seemed to be short staffed but the 2 or 3 employees were really working hard. Took twice as long going through the drive as it should have. Hopefully it's not the norm, I'll give it one more chance
